These jokers keep calling daily, sometimes 2-3 times daily, for someone who has NOT had this phone number for well over 10 yrs, so I knew they were junk debt collectors.  I've told them repeatedly they have the wrong number, no one here by that name, do a reverse lookup and they'll find that out themselves...

And they still call and leave nasty stupid messages.  I also got that "call by 7 pm or we will have you arrested"  um... yeah.. no, I don't think so.

And now they're saying they want this person, her husband or her representatives to call immediately as they are filing an intent.

So... I called them and asked for a mailing address.  They refused to give it.  The guy asked why, told him because I need to know where to send MY intent to sue.  for what?  Harassment.  They've been told repeatedly they have the WRONG number, and insist on blasting me with more calls.  Doesn't matter if I answer or let it go to voice mail.

LOL, such a bunch of idiots.  Funny listening to different names and voices and all saying the exact same thing.  "this is the legal department"  ha!  yeah, right.  Legal would know a heck of a lot better than leaving such messages.

Mark Allen called and left message to call 855-670-8405 & 425-673-1538. Threaten to file Notice of Intent under case#MA000193284. Not a clue.

Received urgent call from a mr reiley from im and r from this phone #. They had my social and were threatening action at the county court house. They wanted to make a settlement on a debt right now and were very convencing. But said i must read material from there office before i could take action. They could not give information regarding the orgin of the debt.

these [***] have been calling and harassing me since august of 2011. i found this thread, and now have enough information to open my BBB complaint. thanks to all here who supplied information. [***], CASE#: 22XXXXX8BBB case is now open. I put the X's in there....privacy is important to me, but suffice it to say....you're on notice.

A message from Investment Management and recoveries, Called saying something about a pending court case.  Left a callback # of 1-855-670-8405.  Checked my local court records,  no  such case # , Contacted my local Police Department and reported them as misrepresentation. and will file with the FTC and States Attorney generals office tomorrow.  Its Randell Goines  company. Call came out of Washington State.

The Call actually came from 425-672-8183 from a person named Shawn Mack.

If they Call you and threaten ANY KIND of legal action , please call your Local Police departments NON Emergency # and report the name of the person that called you and State that Randall Goins is the  business owner. You should then contact the  sherriff's office in snohomish county Washington and tell them they are making threatening phone calls. This should lead to the end of this guy once and for all.

The company is located at  21905 64th avenue west  suite 200, Mountlake Terrace Washington.

You should file complaints With the Sherriff's office against the person that called you and the owner Randall Goins.  Im looking into also contacting the FBI as  the phone calls cross state lines.

These people call about old zombie debit that has been written off by the original debtor, debt that is past the statute of limitations.  They threaten you with lawsuits, say they will attach your bank accounts and your property and claim to be a law firm.  Don't be taken in by their claims.  They are a scam operation.  Once a debt has past the statute of limitations, they can do nothing to collect UNLESS you admit to the debt or pay them.  Don't even pay them $1 -- it puts the statute of limitations back into play.  Best to ignore these calls.  Maybe they will find some other way and make an honest living instead of buying up old debt that belonged to your long ago dead relatives.  They also call from the number 1-855-670-8405.  Check out the comments on this site too -- https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-855-670-8405

Thanks to everyone for all the information.I just got this call and it was muffled but just as you all described. They used my old name and stated a fake court case number and demanded an urgent reply.I hope they go away.

Ok so yea I'm stuck in this [***] as well.I don't know what to do.One day I just couldn't take it anymore.How foul they are to people.Almost every single person that works there is a felon,so called recovering drug addicts.and so on.And one of the main reasons I quit was because of Tiffany foul,disrespectful,man like behavior.No regards to anyone's fealing.The woman looks like she so high on met everyday,you can't tell if she's coming or going.Then there's Sean who is a matter of fact a met addict.I haven't work in a very very long time and so the long hrs were def taking a toll on me not to mention I have a three yr old I tend to.So one day Sean took me aside and said hey if you ever need to wake up just come to me and ask me for a Pepsi or something.well so one day I did,AND HE HANDS ME HIS MET PIPE RIGHT THERE IN THE BREAK ROOM AND SAID GO WAKE UP!!!!!!! I was shocked.But back to why I'm writing,Dshs workforce are the reason I had found this job in the first place,so since I started working there my cash benefits were takin away,well so I was suppose to get my first check from I'M&R INC.AFTER the 30 day [***],I was suppose to get that check on the 5th of January,well guess what..THEY STILL HAVEN'T PAID ME,SO I had someone who's head of HR with a very large company call,and she kept getting the run around from laurel,laurel said my check would be in the mail the upcoming Monday,that was three weeks ago.still no check.So she called again on Friday and she happen to get Sean ion the line,and she told him a total lie that I was fired cause someone "CLAIMS the caught me using herion in the bathroom."What's funny about that is if it were true,laurel being bossmans [***] she woulda known that the first time age spoke with my lawyer.also I'm really curious there Sean,so plz inform me what was the day this supposely happen where and who claims they caught me?????I dont know what to do,they won't pay me dshs won't give me my bennys back until I'm&r fills out this form from dshs but they won't do it.....Help from anyone I would forever be in ur dept.PLZZZZZZy.This company needs to get what's comin to em.....plz reply back..H.

Mixed up some of the wording,Sean had told the lady that called to see what was up with my check and he had told her that I was fired because someone claimed that they caught me using herion in the bathroom,WHICH THAT'S A COMPLETE LIE,AND PLUS I HAD QUIT,I WAS NEVER FIRED.SO CAN'T SOMEONE BE SUED FOR GIVING OUT FALSE INFO OR GIVING OUT A PAST EMPLOYEES INFO PERIOD.FOR ALL THEY NEW SHE COULDA BEEN SOMEONE OUT TO HURT ME OR SOME KINDA WEIRDO.I'M sure ya'll catch my drift.....so yea like I said.someone anyone who maybe can help.hit me back plz.

I noticed someone had said to get the workers name and sue them,but to be honest that might be a little hard todo since they tell every employee to be the best liar you can when calling these people ans to use a fake name.so none of them use there real names.and is anyone would like to pay anyone a nice visit there,they work from Monday is 2-6pm Tuesday thru Friday 8-6pm and there breaksare 10am to 10:15.second brk is 12pm to 1pm and last break is 3:30 to 3:45.I really hate putting people on blast but when it come to me and some major accusations being told the gloves come off.I'm so f,ING pissed because of them I still haven't been able to pay my rent......WTF

I just got a call from them. Actually, they called my sister and left a vm. Wondering who it was I called back and found out it was IM&R and decided to do some research and found this. Glad I did bc I was a little worried at first. Then I saw his fb page and you've got to be kidding me! So, I will not worry about this. It's tempting to tell my local tv station so no one falls prey to this stupid place!

I'm sure glad I read this today, first off I got a callback from a guy named "John Lunsomething" he was rude. I called back and got Jesse who in turn said I could come in and talk to Sean. But after reading this from you, NO THANKS!! Phew....glad i didn't get caught up in the bs...

Yestrerday I received a call from IM&R from phone number 425-670-8405.  A green back caller was reading from a script.  After answering a few questions, it appears that I owed some outstanding VISA dept. from 2005 and 2008.  He was not able to tell where or when the debt had occured or how long so I was transfered to a lead. The lead read the same script and quoted some sort of 1970 laws about Social Security finance law that ties all debts to SS#.  That is fine.  So I tell the Lead....if I owe this $1950 on VISA and I have been Home owner in 98 and 2001 and I bought a brand new financed vehical in 2006 why is this not on my Credit Report record? Why is my credit report over 700?  He then transfer the call to a Supervisor. Supervisor TIFFANY WILSON got on the call and recited the law and threatened to ruin my credit report and garnish my wages and will submit the papers to the courts effective immediately. Although she was not able to answer any questions about the delequint VISA she went as far as to dare me to get a Lawyer and that the lawyer will be the only person the company will speak too.  I calmly asked her to put the phone number on the DO NOT CALL LIST and send me a notice and she said she does not need to and hung up the phone.   I called back to IM&R to file a formal complaint and to the names and Badge ID of the supervisor.  I briefly spoke to the Lead and then Supervisor TIFANNY interupted the call mumble some words then hung up the phone.  I called back to IM&R again and the call was picked up by the receptionist. The receiptionist provided the name for the Supervisor and then the call got disconnected. I have not been able to get my calls through IM&R since.

I am so glad that some calls to the company will be recorded for quality services. However I bet there is none.

Thank you to all for the information regarding this company and the Harrasment and Scare Tatics they use.  I will surely be filling a complaint to the BBC and to Washingtons Local sherrifs office for Harrasment.

They do read from a script and they also have managers that have only been in the field for less then 2/4mos.Tiffany is a total wench.She does that to every caller when there loosin them.they cannot do anything of the nature.also channel 7 here in snohomish county Washington did an investigation on randall for taking employees paychecks and gambling them away,I still have been paid.was suppose to back on Jan 5th I filed a claim against them...

I get calls from this number from 9am till 9 pm.I quit answering as I owe nothing.

They have you SS# because you gave it to sears. Just because its out of state and they are breaking laws does not mean your not a total peace of [***].

You are still a debtor. That is why you are getting calls.

Yes Randall is a peace of [***] and owes me money but it still frustrates me how [***] consumers are.
