Sucks bc once you start ignoring them , they go on to harrasing  your family and friends

Looking for Kathy Pisch reference case CR2013-526-80.  No one by that name lives here.  They call at least once a day usually around lunch time

They called me looking for my wife , I called back and got the vmail and told them to call me back. They called back and said they were from HSBC then I hung up.
Then I called back 30 min later and gave them "my case number" which was my phone number.
They tried telling me I owed 2300 and I could settle for 1200 out of court
They had no info on who I owed this money to, when I asked for documents they said I would receive them after I made a payment
So they transferred me to one of there so called attourneys. Anyways I messed with him for about an hour so I could waste his time and try to find out what type of scam this was. They had my social security number and an old address of mine. I'm
Not sure how they really got it. But I got the guy on the phone so tripped up with his lies he accidentally told me that this was a federal call and I could go to jail for lying to him. So this company must be a crappy credit recovery agency or 100% scam. The number to call is 855 678 5437
Plus it's a friday and they must figure people have the most money in their bank account to steal. So if you have time call and mess with them! They are in South Carolina, tell them you are in SC and you will pay but you want to drive to their office to make a payment. The more time of theirs you waste, they less time they have to try to rip people off!

she  said her name was Robert (that's funny) have contact my number and my parent number with different phone number 855-678-5437 and 855-719-1725. I asked them to take me off the list because the name you are asking me for there are so many out there with that name.

These people called my number at leas a dozen times in search of an individual I only know peripherally who was named as a "defendant n a case". I called back today, pressed "1" to speak with someone who was extremely rude and she hung up. As they had called a dozen times, I thought it was time to turn the tables. I called several more times, asked for the name of the company - request denied, asked to speak to he supervisor - request denied, and repeated the requests. By the next several calls from me the rude woman said "this is bordering on harassment" to which I replied "turnabout is fair play" and ended the call. I will see if the number comes up before I employ call blocking.

This number has called my mother several times looking for my nephew (her grandson).  They won't tell her what it's about, but that "they have ways of finding him".  Who would harass an 86 year old grandmother about her grandson?????  They won't give a name of their company or the name of the person calling.  I tried calling the number she got off of caller ID & got a voice mail recording that I had reached the "investigative department".

They called asking for defendant Andrew Richardson giving a case number and asked to call back. I will not call may be scam they did NOT identify whom they were !

Second time they called me looking for a Rhonda McCoy. This place needs to go away.

I received 2 calls stating the same thing, the phone numbers were different. the case numbers they left both started with 2014, I think they use this to keep track of the year of contact, the 4 digit numbers following were different. A company name was not left or the names of the callers. They stated that I am a defendant. I think that  this group of scammers call people in the early spring and the early fall. These are the times when I have noted this kind of activity before. Then it stops. I actually spoke with one of these criminals a couple of years ago and told him that the conversation was being recorded and the call traced for investigative purposes. He hung up immediately and did not call back.

They called me look for me calling me a defendant. saying they are going to take me to court and press federal charges for a loan i never got. When i asked for my account number and the name of the company. she put me on hold then came back on the line telling me that obviously i don't want to settle this out of court. and that they will be seeing me in the court room. then hung up on me. I called back several times and each time id ask for the company name and account number they hung up on me.

I have received several calls from this company giving me a case number for someone i have never heard of.  i politely asked them to remove my phone #; they promise they will; and the next week, I get the same call.  I have blocked their number, but suspect they will call me from another number.  Extremely annoying - and there should be some law or regulation - class action suit for harassment??????

Got a call saying I had 2 hours to return the call or they would come to my job and serve me papers for check fraud....seems funny to me because they have been saying this [***] for the last year now....in Tampa fl if u are being served u will never get a phone call,the sheriffs will definitely come visit you

I have been getting phone calls from a group of phone numbers,  including this one saying the are investigating check fraud. The name they are using is my X's which I haven't used in 8 yrs & I haven't had a checking account in almost as many years. I don't know how they even got that name & a current phone number. I have blocked them & they call from a different #. Uuuuggghhh!

got a call from these morons saying they would see me in  court, and that  I was a defendant in a case, I dont know why they call and bother people?

Same as everyone else apparently, searching for my mother-in-law (who has never been associated with this cell phone number) stating she is the defendant in some BS case number. Calls like once a day, very, very, very F'n annoying. I wish I could burn their house down.

This firm is some kind of scam. Turn it over to you State Attorney General.
