I actually got the same BS calls...................If you play the game, you will find out its a scam saying you made a direct deposit internet loan.  They are trying to scare people into sending money to clear their name.  They are very persistent, but its all BS.  They will tell you you borrowed money on a loan site and you are several month past due and they are going to take you to court.  But they get really pissed when you ask then to mail a copy of the loan papers, they hang up and call again later.  If you let them know they have the right number for the person they are calling, they will never leave you alone.   Just dont answer or answer the phone an say you dont know them.  Most of the time on BS calls like this I answer "BILLYS BOAT SALES, HOW CAN I DIRECT YOUR CALL"  they hang up and most of the time never call again.  They right it off as another business....................Good luck

They got me on a bad day said  my name in full and then said check fraud it really upsets people who may have even gone thru a bankruptcy, they need to stop

I am fed up with these POS companies interrupting me day and night with their [***] calls.  Nothing works to stop them.

They just called me asking for my father, I ask what is this in reguards to? We can't tell you this information. Well stop calling my number. Funny after they say, we can take you to court for not giving us information & attitude. I said back, whatever, stfu and hung up. Sounds like a scam to me & blocked the number.

I found ot through other websites of complaints that this number is registered with Ring Central Department. Pleas call Ring Central Legal Department at 888-528-7464 and file a complaint. I just got off them phone with them and they are going to investage this company and that they are a scam. Hopefully the more calls this company gets hopefully these low life people with get shut down and go to JAIL!!!!!

Received a call from 8556785437, name of man is Chris Lockhart, says it is an investigation from Reynolds Associates with a loan for attempt to Fraud with an old bank account. Do i want to settle oout of court or go to jail. So i asked for written documentation and if accurate than sure i would be glad to work on it but without written proof nada.

Same number calls asking for mother-in-law.  These idiots keep calling once a week atleast. Their has to be something to resolve this BS.

These people have been calling me and now my ex wife.  We all know it's a scam, but she doesn't believe it is ... to the point where she is not allowing me to see my kids because she thinks I will get arrested by these people.  What can be done to stop these people?!?!?!?

Sad to say nothing. These people bought accounts through these payday loan companies, and they use/buy phone numbers to scare us.  I have been dealing with these people for about 5 years now and nothing has ever came of it. My credit is good, nothing outstanding on my reports. They only thing the FTC, ATTY Gen office says is change your numbers and not to return there calls.  IT SUCKS!!

These people are calling by name and giving out case #'s without any papers giving to me. I need all these people to stop calling and harrasing me.

THIS IS A SCAM 100%. They may tell you that they are an investigator offering a counter offer on a law suit, that you are a defendant, or that you owe them money for a payday loan, ect ect. They will tell you that legal actions are being taken or will be taken against you including but not limited to: going to court, jail, warrents for fraud, warrents in general... They may/will have personal information on you including social security number (or last 4 digits), maiden name, address or previous address, email or old email, banking information, contact information on your friends/family/employer. Most people who have reported this company have also reported that the calls started soon after applying online for a bank account, credit card, or personal loan. They try and make everything sound legit, since we all know scammers generally take a one hit quit once they get financhial information- whereas these people will "set up" payments and even tell you that you have to sign a 'legal authorization form' for them to take the money from your account(s). Do NOT fall for it!!

The more people who file legal/fraud complaints on them, the more likely something will be done about it. These places can be googled to find website for filing complaint, so please file a complaint/report with your state attorney general's office, the better business bureau (bbb.org), consumer protection agency, federal consumer complaints (http://www.fcc.gov/complaints), federal trade comission (http://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc), consumer reports, and the most important one to submit a complaint/report is The FBI Extortion Scam website (http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710)- the link for the form to submit is under what you should do if you get these calls.

Please keep in mind that any "legit" debt collection agency/company/business must follow certain laws. You can look these up online. One of which is that they are in no way allowed to harass you or your famil/friends/emplyer, and are not allowed to threaten you. As a former employee of a REAL debt collection agency, I can assure you that this type of behavior would hold legal reprocussions for the collection agency. All they can do is report it to credit agencies (equifax, experion, trans union). You will not go to jail for not paying and they can not take warrents out on you for this no matter what information they have or what they tell you. They may threaten you with court, tell them to bring it on, as they are a scam! and will not persue the matter. If you want the calls to stop, you can tell them you're reporting them to the federal trade comission, attorney general, bbb, and fbi extorsion devision. Chances are they will hang up before you get all those out of your mouth.

Got my "regular" call from these tampons again and this time I gathered some of the numbers (I have) these folks call from. Right now since I've took time to notice, I have 3! Latest one first....

There's probably a couple more or so, but they caught me when I was busy. Different individuals each time, except the last two. EACH time when I say I don't know the person they seek, I get the "We'll remove your number from the list."  statement. If that's what happens when a number is removed, just imagine adding one?!

855-678-5437 called me saying something about a lawsuit  but the name they were looking for was a women called them back just being curious and you could tell it was some sort of call center  i asked what it was about and said do i sound like women ... he said no, then asked what it was about he mumbled something and asked again what it was about .. then he got a attitude and to me to BACK OFF  told him to GFH ... hung up
