I keep getting these phone calls which appear to be auto-dialed because the phone hangs up when it reaches an answering machine.

"Luckily" I get tons of calls from org's like this for whom I have zero sympathy or agreement. I consider the right wing positively disgusting.
I let them talk and talk, ask a bunch or clarifying question, basically take as much of their time as possible. When the ask for money i tell them i don't give out credit card info over the phone. That should not sound too unusual for a right wing paranoic that they typically call. I tell them to mail me an envolope.

Four or five unanswered mail requests later they give up. By then I figure I've gotten them to waist a lot of their time and money. I hope this depletes them, at least a bit, keeping maybe a couple of nice folks like you from having to endure these jerks.

don't talk about the right wing and leave the the left out of this,remember you have to pass it before you know what's in it.

Political calls are exempt from the DNC list rules - THE FIRST time they call; and ONLY the first time.

IF you answer and TELL them NOT TO CALL AGAIN, they, like everyone else, MUST honor that OR be subject to a $10,000 FINE from the FCC.  So, IF you have EXPLICITLY TOLD them not to call, then:

1. KEEP A LOG of the numbers that call, with the DATE and Time they called.  NOTE THE DATE you TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL.
2. The NEXT time they call, TELL them that YOU ALREADY **INVOKED YOUR RIGHT** (use those exact words!) TO HAVE YOUR NAME/NUMBER **REMOVED** from their database.  Tell them you are GOING TO REPORT THEM to the FCC/Do Not Call List.  Then DO it.  These are the complaints taken most seriously by the FCC/FTC and they WILL take action if enough of us do this.  After all, this is a way for the government to MAKE MONEY off these TELESCUM!!!

they are a grassroots conservative group. if you listen to the whole message and press some number, they are supposed to take you off the list. they do not. report them to the national do not call registry 1888-382-1222.it is not illegal for a political agency to call but it IS illegal for them to call with a recorded message. Report them and as a group the FTC will have to investigate these predators.

Calling 5+ times a day. Cannot call them back as the number is not in service. Help!

They call till 9:30pm and on Sundays from 9:00am.

Received call from this number.  Answered the call and said hello.  No one on other end.

Call number back press 3 to be put on do not call last.

I'm trying this on my iPhone ...we'll see..  Go to the "phone" icon.....hit "recents".......find that number -....look to the right of it, next to the TIME you wll see as small blue circle w/ a small "i" in the middle...hit that blue circle.....on the next screen just scroll down to "block this caller"... Hit it, then next screen tap "block contact".....And then, I think you're done....

I receive these calls at least five times a day. I find it harassing and very disturbing. They never say anything they just hang up. When I reported this number before it was from Dr. Ben Carson's Office asking for donations.

I have received calls from this number every day and I am very tired of it. When I answer they do not say anything and that's when I hang up. Something needs to be done about these phone call. I have a list of phone numbers on my desk that have called today. Thinking of filing a complaint with the Attorney General.
