I too have received several calls fromWorkSaveRetire. Caller ID showed a local number and since I am actively looking for a job, I was hoping it was a call back for an interview. I got their email but didn't download anything until I did some research and found this blog.  Maybe when they heard I've been out of work for 2.5 years they realized I'd have little savings anymore! Legit or not, they are acting in ways that make people suspicious, and that's enough reason for me to steer clear of them!

hey, i just got off the phone with these people.  the woman said her name was teresa (which i had to ask for because she did not offer it voluntarily).  she called from 877-651-9478.  everything everyone is saying in the below posts is absolutely true.  it didn't feel right to me when i was talking to the woman so i decided to check them out when i got off the phone.  this is a total scam.  they said they were going to send a representative to my house in the next couple of days.  any suggestions on how to stop this from happening and/or what to do if or when they show up?  please advise.

Work/Save/Retire now comes up as CPR MyCareer.  Same crap just a different name.

BEWARE!!

I got a voice message from one number and said it was from Fraud detection of PNC bank and asked me to call back on
855-866-6950. When I called they asked me to give the details, luckily I did not give the complete details and cut the phone. I called back on PNC customer care number and they said they do not recognize this number and is probably a scam since no one had tried to contact me from Fraud detection of PNC bank.
