- slk replies to Tina Coxsame thing - called today, asked for my boss, I said he's not hear - can I help - then hung up.
- LeeSame thing for me. Called me at work on my directly line. Asked for me, hung up when I said speaking. Voice was accented, but didn't have time to tell what. Could hear a lot of noise in the background, sounding like other calls going on.
The name that appeared on the caller id was "New Tarek Auto", which is a legitimate business based in Long Island City, NY. Tried calling the number directly and got a "at the subscriber's request, the phone does not accept incoming calls" message. Ran a reverse lookup on the number, it is a land line based in Vineland, NJ. Unfortunately cannot get the name or address of who the number is registered to for free.- Caller: New Tarek Auto
- nycasked for my name and then hung up.
- Caller: New Tarek Auto
- john| 1 replysame thing just happened to me 12/2/2011
- Caller: N/A
- jones replies to johncalled my cell and I did not answer. I say my name in my voicemail, so maybe that was confirmation enough (?) - they did not leave a message.
- FrankGot the same call. Voice sounded like he was from India. I tried calling and received a phone company message saying that at the caller's request the number didn't receive inbound calls. Pain in the butt. I have better things to do than have some random person calling our office, taking up staff time, as well as mine.
- Eric| 1 replySame exact thing as everyone else, asked for me, I said "this is" and they hung up.
- Eric replies to EricPS... Caller ID actually showed 856-204-0000 as being "New Tarek Auto". Google shows it as a New York business.
- NickSame here, caller ID listed number as ALL, LIMO

- The Mole from the MinistryThis company is a CIA front company, related to Choicepoint data, recording "voiceprint" which gets saved to a personal profile at Choicepoint. I did extensive database work for Choicepoint from 2006-2010. All of your shopper "loyalty card" data, your SS #, your driver's license photo and number, property you own, etc. is all stored in a nice database for resale. Take a moment out of your busy day and "Google" who Choicepoint's biggest customer is. :)
- Caller: Choicepoint via "New Tarek Auto"
- ChrisMcGot a call today from CAR Network. They asked my receptionist for me by name and when I answered they said my name, I said Yes and they hung up.
