This was an unsolicited telephone call to my phone number which is on the do not call list.

Consumer Research services:  they state they are not a telemarketing company. only a survey company.

I recently did this with another annoying caller.  I filed a complaint with the FCC, and told the caller that I had done this.  The calls stopped.

I was getting calls and emailed the president of the company Bill Welch (bwelch@sirsinc.com) that I wanted to be dropped from the call list.  Within 24 hours I got an email from one of their field managers asking for my phone number so that it could be deleted from their list.

I checked and the phone number is listed in at least four different women's names at the same address in KY.  Claims to be a Service Industry Research business.  I get called almost daily.

When my son answered, they started into some spiel about pharmaceuticals.  My son handed me the phone.  When I answered hello, the person simply hung up.  I called the number back and the automated machine answered SIRS.  They state that they are not selling anything, only doing research.  The problem is they call well past 9 PM which is not legal.  Tonight's call was 9:30.  It's been later than that in the past.

I recieved a call this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. from SIRS, not answering the phone because I didn't know who it was, I waited to see if they'd leave a message on the message machine. However, they didn't leave a message. This is the very first time they have ever called my house. Who even are they and why are they calling?

no message left.  just ignor and don't pick up.

It is NOT illegal for us to call you after nine pm. In fact, if you'd do some research since it is a human calling you and not a robot we can call you at any hour of the day, but we restrict ourselves to the times allowed for robocalls which end at nine thirty at night.

If you have such a issue with the company calling you, then simply answer the phone and tell them you're not interested. Even if you pick up and hang up immediately, they should put your number down as a refused. You will continue to be put back into the system to be called at a later time if you do not refuse the call in some way.

tell me why cant you be civilized if you get a call and dont want it or are to busy be nice and simply hang up or ask them to stop calling you dont be rude and start cussing at the person calling they are not psychic they dont know if you in middle of something or that you might be having a [***] day they had done nothing wrong to you at this point and dont deserve mistreatment if they're bothering you and interrupting something id bet money they'll apologize and the call will be over

How about not calling anybody at any hour.  Get a real job.  People with real jobs may be sleeping when you call with whatever [***] it is that yo are calling about.

859-331-9707 keeps calling my number on a daily basis.  Caller's ID shows Kentucky and never leaves messages.  My number is private, unlisted, in the Do-Not-Call Registry and have no business with Kentucky. Never bother answering the call and I advice you people to do the same.

got a call at 409pm today from a called id of Kentucky with this number, they didnt leave a message

caller from this # calls my home at all hours several times a day, never leaves a message, hangs upwhen my machine answers - I am on the "do not call" lsit but still get numerous calls[ caller id shows name as "SIRS"

calling late at nite, waking up family, my number is private and on a no not call list...Want to report this company and have them stopped.
