I am in Oslo. This afternoon at 14:47 I was called by this number but missed it. I thought it might be some friend calling from Beijing (according to the district code 8610) to make sure I was safe from yesterday's attack. I called back but nobody answered. Besides, the number following the district code is neither a regular telephone nor a mobile number.

I just got a call from this person twice on my work's phone...not recognizing the number I let it go straight to my voice mail.  Person left a message that sounded like s/he was fumbling through his/her purse.

Probably trying to accept our database by tapping through our lines.  There was a recent attack from a Chinese resident who tapped into South Korea's database stealing millions of individual's personal information (passport/bank acct./etc.).

Don't answer the phone.

Just got called four times by this number in Australia. Answered the second time, the guy thought he was calling Dave and said he was in Beijing. Told him he had the wrong number, but he has called twice more since.
