dont give them the time of day!they cannot arrest you,it is illegal for them to tell you that.I have been working with attourneys against these low-life bottom feeders and they are not legit .I am on permanent disability which makes me judgement proof and explained that to them but they still harrass me, too bad my attourneys cant seem to find them,OH! that's probably because they are not legit. LOL!

this is NCW aka National Credit Works. Showing out of Virginia & New York. Caller ID comes up alot of times as 757-769-8773. Their stat agent address/service address is listed as:
1098 Bowen Drive, North Conawanda NY 14120. They are a third party collection agency fairly new. They have had many complaints & violations. I filed with the attorney general for deceptive practices. You can file complaints with your Attorney General, State Banking Commission & Better Bus Bureau

I have no dealings with NCW, but they have been calling my daughters cell phone for weeks now, and she has been just deleting the messages. This week they stated calling many times a day leaving messages in a rude tone of voice. So yesterday afternoon, I called the company to have her number removed from the file they were calling about, didn't know the person referred to with the file. I wasn't treated with any respect, and they are the ones bothering us!!! WE owe them NOTHING!!! I was hung up on, so I just called them back, and then again, and then again. I even called them again today to inform them to remove the number they are calling, and they weren't nice then either, telling me that the number had already been removed. I told them that I was going to continue bothering them about removing the phone number just as many times as they have called my daughters phone and bothered her. I can only laugh about it because they are the ones wanting money, getting rude and wasting their time, and still getting NO MONEY!!!

You are probably one of these pricks. If you get a loud whistle blown in your [***] ear...it is me !

This company used to be called National Credit Works.  It is now Regional Credit Solutions.  Their address is 4490 Holland Office Park, Suite 103, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452.  Send them a cease and desist letter, however DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.  Do not even include your return address.  You can find a sample at the following website:
