Received call from this number on Tues. Jim from Prize Distribution Co. said I had entered the Grand Sweepstakes sometime back, contest is officially over, and he has good news for me. Call back at this number.  Since I never enter sweepstakes, figured it was a scam. From previous posts, looks like Jim has been busy the last few years.

A guy named Jim called to say good news, I had just won a contest that I had entered last year and it had just ended and I needed to call back at 1-866-313-0311. I called back and got a girl named Lisa. She told me that I had to go to D.C. to attend a seminar for 90 mins. at the conclusion of which they would give me a scratch off card with the oppurtunity to win one of four prizes.Top prize was a Ford Escape Hybrid or $25,000,#2 was $2,500,#3 was a vacation, and #4 was a 32 inch tv. The girl Lisa told me this is how the company promote's its product. When I asked what product she dodged the question. Inever entered any contest last year or ever. Reason being I am one of those people who never wins anything,so why bother. I don,t know what these people are trying to pull,but find another sucker. If it's to good to be true, it's a scam.

Forgot to mention the address if any cyber police want to forward this info to the authorities. It is 1250 22nd st. N.W. Washington,D.C 20037 Ask for Jim.

Received the same cell ph. message today. Don't remember signing up for anything. I was to ask for Jim and the # to call is 866-313-0311. Don't plan on returning his call.

Same here - Jim just called and said I was the "winner" of a contest entered some time ago.  I don't think I'll call back.

Whoever these people are: need to be; put in prison for doing mess like this: they got to be crazy: find something better to do with your time you all are Satan disciples: and you will end up going nowhere in life: because of the red light that you put before your life: leading u to go nowhere in life but down our loving God does not like ugly: you are as u do. 1/24/12    I had a message also from Jim at the Prize Distribution Center . He said he was looking at my entry for the grand prize sweepstakes.  Please call 1-866/313-0311.  "Congratuations"    I never called.  Next day I googled it and saw all these messages.   Thanks guys.

I too got a call from "Jim" at the Price Distribution Center.  He called using a private number and left a message letting me know that I submitted for a sweepstakes and athat it has ended.  Then he congratulated me and asked that I call him back at 866-313-0311.  Note: he did not tell me that I won, when or where I had submitted the sweepstakes, and what I had won.   I used my boyfriend's cell phone to call the number immediately back and it went straight to message.

Feb 13, 2012 - Jim is still at work! This time he didn't mention the Navigator, just that he has good news about a contest I had entered. NOT GOING TO FALL FOR IT!

Jim has changed his name to Bobby.

Jim is at work again, this time for $25,000 sweepstakes... so sad as this full-time student could've used some much needed sweepstakes cash.  Glad to find out it is a scam though (of course, obviously, we all had a feeling or we wouldn't have looked up the number on the internet).  *Bummed*

Our call was from "Bobby"....maybe Jim figured a name change would help....he is calling from the "Awards Center"  for $25,000 sweepstakes....contest is over...have your entry here and we have some great news for you....etc, etc.  Call 866-313-0311......  I have entered several things but am always wary when they don't mention the sweepstakes name or business that may have promoted the sweepstakes....glad I Googled the number!

Looks like the name is now "Bobby" lol. He left me a voice mail to call as soon as possible so he can "take down my information." I'd call it an old school phishing attempt since it is by phone and not email lol.

Bobby it is. I googled the number as well and found the post. Same message as others--$25,000 give away that I entered some time ago and he has good news. I have entered contests recently (I do a lot), but I was immediately suspicious when my voicemail said the called withheld the number that he was calling from. Thank you all posters, and authorities, I hope you are able to identify him.

well the name has changed to bobby.  The prize now is 25,000 dollars .  Have fun!

well bobby called my house about an hour ago. i'm so glad i came across this page. it is a little disapointing though i'm sure most of us could use that extra money. ppl like this should be thrown in jail.

I don't. Remember if it was jim or bobby just a smarmy game show host voice. I called the # and some lady picked up. I said I never entered a sweepstakes. She said"well thank you for letting us know" and hung up in my face. Then my wife freaks out, "I DID enter...swear to God...the home and garden thing!" I said, "I don't think this is them sweetie..."
