Rec'd another call yesterday March 3, 2009 1:38 PM MST from ph# 866-315-7101.  After the first 6 times they call, I contacted Bank of America and had them take my number of of Ms Booker's account.  Then had them opt me out of special offers on my own account, and I had already told them not to call me again, plus I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested in insurance.  So why they called again is beyond me.

What I do know is that since I spoke to them on February 4th and they told me it would take 30 days for my number to be taken off their list, it will be covered under the DNC if they call me after March 6th, 2009.  And you'd better believe if they do call after that date I will be reporting it.

Rec'd another call from them yesterday March 10, 2009 from 866-315-7101, but did not notate the time of the call.

I called Bank of America 3-way which had previously informed me that these were fraudulent calls.  Now that I had a BofA rep on the line and a rep from the so called "Bank of America Insurance Services" the Bank of America rep told me that they couldn't confirm that it was fraudulent.

The woman that said she was from the insurance department said that they were a 3rd party calling on behalf of Bank of America and that her company name is Global Contact Services.

She said they were offering accident insurance for automobile accidents.

I was then told that my number would be removed once and for all considering they have been calling for someone that is not me and that my phone is on the DNC and they shouldn't have called me to begin with.

I'm going to be giving a call to Global Contact Services and the FTC to confirm all this.

I like these people so much. I'm thinking about faxing them my vacation picture of the black bear that I took at night. I'll have to enlarge it to 8.5x11 so they'll get the full effect. I must have taken 50 or more photos.

Darn this 1 866-315-7101 keep calling my cell. I thought they not suppose to call cellphone?

Since they call all of us several times a day, maybe we should return the favor.

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a day. They will not leave a message. In looking up their phone number, I discovered it was Bank of America soliciting Insurance. I want them to stop calling my phone number. I want this number reported.

They call 4 to 5 times a day for my home phone number. I am sick and tired of receiving their calls. I told them to stop calling and they say they are calling to give some special offer to my DH. And they can't talk with me because they only want to talk with my DH.

This is Bank of America I finally got someone on the line at 10:45 this morning when they called and I told them once again to stop calling my house the woman they keep asking for does not live here now just like she didnt 6 months ago when they were calling.  They said of course that my number would be removed and then tonight at 6:18 they called again.  I asked for a supervisor they told me it was just a call center.

These people call everyday for several times a day! How do I make them stop?!

This sorry [***] kepts calling and is rude when he calls , he just asks for a last named person that does not live here... I told him to stop calling but before I can get my point across he hangs up. Trust I will locate this number and call him back ...

They just KEEP calling!  I think we should get paid for every "Not Provided" number that comes into our telephone lines!

They call twice a day!  How annoying!

I recveived one call at 12:05 on anwering service.I DO NOT answer ANY phone calls unless I KNOW who it is.
The second time they called was at 5:30PM on Saturday June 5,2009.I let a law enforcement friend answer it for me.
It is a fwelony in the state of Nevada to mke or place unwantd or harrassing phone calls under nevada Law Code 201.255
I want the to cease and desist immediately or I will place  call to the FCC!

THEY KEEP CALLING AND DO NOT LEAVE ANY MESSAGES.  I READ HERE THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL INSURANCE.  IF IT REALLY HAD TO DO WITH ANY OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS, I'M SURE THEY WOULD HAVE LEFT THEIR CONTACT INFO.  THANK YOU!

I think what we need to do is ask them not to call us then we need to write their names, phone number, and time and date of call and of course you have to wait the 30 days for them to stop. Also let them know that if they continue calling you that you will sue them. Lets start taking them to court. We need to find an attorney who will take the case. This is the only way for them to stop. I don't see why it would take them 30 days to remove you from their DNL.

Got the call today.  I stopped answering all 1-800 #'s. If it's important they will leave a message. And if they do not leave a message then I add ANY and ALL of these stupid calls to my contact list as IGNORE then I turn the ringer off for that contact only. I figure let these people waste their time not mine or my minutes.

Calling our home phone AT LEAST 15 times a week, often 3 or 4 times a day. Very annoying. I'd like to report this number!

These idiots call everyday, several times a day. They cannot pronounce our names and yet are rude when I happened to answer because I was on another call and flashed to pick it up. Trying to sell insurance through B od A, supposedly.
Every opportunity that we see the number come up we don't answer and let the machine take it. I hate them calling my DNC number.

his is a Bank of America telemarketing group who calls me several times a day.  I searched the BoA website and found the following ways to stop the annoying harassment-

You can tell us your preferences by:

   * Notifying us at bankofamerica.com/privacy and entering your information on our secure Web site (This also works for non-BoA customers)
   * Calling us toll free at 1.888.341.5000
   * Talking to a customer representative at a banking center or to your client relationship manager

It can take up to 12 weeks (!!) to opt out but the opt out is supposed to be good for 5 years.  I just updated my privacy preferences.  We'll see what happens.
