Called during the night, 1  AM -left a message that they are Citizens Bank and "push any button" to speak. what idiots!

okay..seriously you people have to understand that we do place you on the DNC list when you request it, however BOA policy is that it takes up to 30 days for the number to be removed due to the lists being revolved and updated each month because each month we get new leads to dial...HOWEVER if you make any type of transaction with your account, such as depoist withdrawl payment to a mortage or credit card, this transaction is proving that you atill have a existing relationship with said company and you are put back on the list AGAIN, regardless if you requested previously to be on the DNC. I know its annoying and rude but it is just the way it is. Us CMRS at this call centers deal with your frustration everyday and trust we understand and sympathize cause we know we called you yesterday and placed you on the DNC list but we cannot tell you on the phone that that 5 dollar charge to your VIsa put you back on the list....

This number calls but leaves no message.  I want them to stop calling. Does not have name on Caller ID.

They call me once in a while and don't say anything, then hang up.

If your DEBT is over the statue of limatation in you state or if it over 7 years old never agree to send payment best thing is don't speak to them,you have more rights than the collection agency do !


What a debt collector cannot do:

I just got a call from this number and the Caller I.D. said it was Bank of America. They keep calling...please someone make this STOP!!!!!

I went to the website and talked to a " rep" and suposibly she put me on the do not call list. This didn't sit right me, so I called back and the same young lady answered the phone lol. This is so wrong on every level I am really pissed!!!!!
