These people have been calling me incessantly for months, looking for some "Kozar [***]" person.  As I don't have caller ID, I only know that it is them when they leave messages on my answering machine.  I got a live person once, who was polite and ended the call when I told her that Mr./Mrs. [***] was not associated with this number, which stopped the calls for a week.

They keep calling my cell phone about a Ranita - I've told them I've had this cell number for 9 years but they keep calling.  After I told the caller- aguilar - to "effing stop calling" I'm now getting automated messages.  The FTC can't do anything about individual cases on cell phones, unless they receive enough complaints to establish a pattern.  So call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 and let them know!!

Caller keeps calling home line looking for Eric Carr- the Kiss drummer LOL. They keep calling fibe times a day. Eric has never lived here. I am glad I never pick up nor called them back as it looks like they call more once they know someone is there.

Just start receiving calls and they call my parents house. I've been gone from there for 5 years now. I have a debt which I don't have any. Anyways if this is a true debt collector they would know my current address and phone number. By reading the other comments I see that this is a scam.

Keeping getting calls from a Deliah wilson onmy cell phone & at my parents house( which i have not lived in fro over 10 years) When i try & call them back I get a machine. I know nowthat they are just bogus & will tell my parents to ignore them.

These people have called my work number.  I don't know who they are or what they want.  They even had some of my co-workers names.  These people need to be shut down.  The person I spoke with is Jimmy Wise.  He wanted me to give him spelling of names and phone numbers.  How did he get my work number?

Got a call from Northstar to collect a settled debt.  The caller, rude, insisted on debating intelligence of himself versus me.  I was too smart to debate him and instead told him that harassment was illegal.

Got a call from this number asking for a person i've never heard of. When told "there's no such person" she got real RUDE. I'm on DO NOT CALL list...

First call from this number on Feb 18 2013. Looks like they haven't used this number for a while looking at other posts. Left message on answering machine for someone NOT ME so I deleted before I listened to it all. None of my business about other person. However if it keeps up I'll listen long enough to see if they identify  themselves and file appropriate paperwork with FTC. I'll bet they don't care anymore  than stupid Do Not Call. I think signing up for do not call is what gives us all these calls.

They are a very cloak & dagger kind of agency.  Claim to be collections, yet they call their company Northstar Location Services.  Yet another black guy probably working from a prison doing collection work.  Good luck getting any money out to me, meanwhile, I will be contacting the FBI.

These people just started calling me and recently sent a letter.  They are looking for money of a small dollar amount that the company would be better off financially to just write off. That is what they will do because I will not cater to these threats.....especially when all laws are on my side.

Please folks, don't admit to anything to these people when you talk to them and don't ever offer information.

Received call at 8:00 am which woke me.  Asked for Richard Smith.  A Richard F. Smith.  I said that Richard A Smith died in October.  There are several Richard Smiths in our area but the one they say they are looking for does not live here or has never lived at this address or number.  I later called the number back and it was a recording for Northstar.

I recieved a call from Jenna Van Camp (North Star Collection) asking for my father who lived in LA and I am in MI (who would never have given my information to anyone).  I promptly told them that he was deceased and they asked me when...  Stated that they could not tell me what it was for only his spouse could receive that info.  Did not ask me about how to contact his spouse and I did not offer that information.  She promptly hung up.
