Since they don' leave messages, just put them in your cell phone address book, tag their number in your address book as "send calls from this number directly to voice mail".

You won't be annoyed by the same group again, and if they change their policy and start leaving you messages....

Low life such as these guys are way out of control, and the no call list is a total waste of your time.  And don't bother calling your congressman either!

I continue receiving these calls; not once but twice within a minute of each other.  It continues to call my CELLPHONE❗ At least twice a month.
