    I just got  the call  today same number and  the message from kp

    I get these messages after I place pharmacy orders to be shipped (every time).  I checked my kaiser records and the prescriptions were all shipped days ago.  So why the call? I called Kaiser and no one recognized this number.  I called the number and it asked for personal info that Kaiser already has.  The Kaiser rep looked at my records and said they did not show the call and the VM they left in my records.  Then I found this chat on the Internet.

    I received a call from this number this afternoon.  They claimed to be from Kaiser.  A message center.  They said there is an important message but wouldnt give it to me without my medical record number.  I checked my Kaiser online account and there are no messages.  I smell SCAM
