Received three calls from this number today. First call at 11:15am from a young lady claiming to be in the final review stage before litigation. Second call at 1:22pm from same young lady with same message. Third call at 1:23pm from a gentleman ( Tom Griffin ) saying he was from investigation department and demanded a return call today. SCAM !!! SCAM !!!

Called me about some online loan from 2009. Just lost my mom and don't need this garbage. So if they call again they will definitely get an ear full or I will call my lawyer and let him handle this SCAM.

Received a call from this number today. They claim a legal matter needs a statement from either me or my attorney. Its a scam re: payday loan ( non existent ). Claims it can be settled today over the phone if they are provided with banking information. Reported to States Attorney General and the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.

Rude rude people trying to scam..they have different names of the company and do not leave you alone!

Received yet another call from this number the difference being it was a female claiming to be from final phase before client initiates legal action. Have been receiving calls from this number for nearly 5 months now and their pattern is two from a male approximately 10 days apart and then a "final" call from female. I have saved all voice mails from these people and have contacted States Attorney General for help in stopping this and was told they have no way to stop this as they need co-operation of phone company in order to legally stop these pests. Its a scam for a number of reasons: their willingness to settle debt for 1/3 of claimed amount; do not accept checks- want pay on phone via credit card ( red flag ). I think its a damn shame they are allowed to harass people like this.

Same old song and dance....you have a payday loan from 2008 and if we do not hear from you today to resolve this matter we have no choice but court. This is a major scam.....I have ignored these calls and they cease for 30 - 45 days and then they startup again. Its a damn shame there is nothing that can be done to stop this people and put their "POSTERIORS" in JAIL !!!!!!
