- CatJust received a call from the number. After trying to find information on the company, I did a search on the number. Found this page and "Thank you!!!" to Ruf for the information that he posted, that I was able to reach someone in a claims office. I explained to the woman that the call and gave her the reference number though I did not want to give out my number because I had a few attached to the number (I have Vonage, so I have other numbers associated with the line for family to call and it's local for them.), but she was kind enough to spout out one of my numbers and I informed her it was mine and had been mine for years and many moves. She took that number off of her list and asked me about the other. I told her it wasn't mine. That was all that I cared about. I hope that this ends the calls. Thank you again Ruf for your help.

- Nic BThey left a message for someone I have never heard of on my cell phone...a # that I've had since 1999. Nobody else has had it. Deleted the message.
- Dead Beat Poet replies to markSomeone could be a beat poet or a beat box rapper or maybe a victim of a beating that didn't have insurance and thus couldn't afford a doctor, so they died at the ER while waiting.
Thus the term Dead Beat Patient
IF the person comes back as a zombie, then they would have to be re-classified as an Undead Beat Patient, or UBP. That's the law. - In O.K.4 calls today alone

- Jeremy St. Martin replies to Mrs. F.Thank you for your informative post. This really helped me.
- UnknownThe company gets notified when you don't have insurance and either your hospitalized or had a test done in the hospital. They are very nosy they want a lot of information (personal) and they make accusations that are not true...they try to get you on emergency Medicaid...I feel these ppl know nothing about it...they fill your application out (which I don't like) especially because of there accusations. I got very upset at the lady...and she never told me her name...she was saying things that wasn't true...also they don't know much about you other than a visit to the hospital address and phone number...but yet they judgemental...so in short I ended my call with Do Not Call Me again. One other note they do not know what they are doing. So you best chance of Medicaid would be an application through DSS. Another note they maybe helpful for ppl who don't qualify for Medicaid but I'm very uncomfortable about over the phone social security numbers and that kind of thing. There is no need for someone to get your information...they need to work on sending you your own forms through email so you can fill them out and get them to the right ppl.

- del replies to markI was thinking the same thing.
- NA replies to RufMaybe they aren't dead beat patients. I'm getting calls and I have insurance but mine was because of a car accident so that limits what my car and health insurance will pay. So we are in a waiting game. I was getting calls b4 I was released from the hospital.
- Who Knows replies to JessicaI got a call from this number and it is because I didn't have insurance when I went to Integris Hospital in Oklahoma. They are trying to help get discounts for the uninsured so my bill isn't so high.
- MedDate?| 4 repliesI have received USPS certified mail from this number listed" 866-402-3630, named ELIGIBILITY DEPARTMENT. 2 2 letters, MedData and Alegis A MedData Company, same PO box 4950, the woodlans, TX 77387, telling me urge to contact their office for helping medical bills for medicaid programs.
- JackReacher replies to MedDate?| 3 repliesDebt collection company. What exactly did the letter say? It should have told you about your right to dispute the debt. I find it difficult to understand why they sent it certified.
It also seems like they change the company name a lot, something criminal debt collectors do. Looks like it used to be Cardon a few years back: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-402-3630/2 - B-Edwards replies to JackReacher| 2 repliesWhat the poster reports sounds almost like a loan solicitation. Very odd. I am curious about the Certified mail thing too. I seem to remember there were scammers sending letters that via First Class, but the letter inside had a qusi-fake logo "Certified" printed there. Don't you have to sign for certified? Very strange indeed.
- JackReacher replies to B-Edwards| 1 replyYes, you need to sign for certified, plus sign the little green card if it is sent return receipt.
