DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE! I have been paying a hospital bill to them in monthly payments of $200.00 only to later contact the hospital directly after paying over $1600.00 to find out that none of my money has actually went toward the bill they were claiming was being paid.

Called today over my adult sons hospital bill. I said I was not responsible for his bills. The man said yes I was and I had signed as responsible party. Also said 4 months ago I requested itemized statement. Both baldface lies. He began screaming at me I must pay today and he would ruin my credit. I hung up and called hosp. They pulled up my sons acct and said I was listed nowhere as responsible party and amt due was nowhere close to what the man wanted me to pay. This is a scam company for sure!!!

I will only pay the original debtor even if it is back owed and I have to work out payments with the original debtor through something like a sent free consolidation program . I refuse to pay these or any other scumbag/crooks 1 penny.

Boy, can I be an original debtor?  That would be great having the person who I didn't pay turn around and pay me.

I just called them back.  I would not give them my phone number and asked if they could just look me up by my name, first and last.  He said yes but it would take forever to find me because there are a lot of people with the same name as me.  He also told me that his company UCB is sent a list of phone numbers from several different companies that people own money to.  I again asked if they had some type of account number I could give to them.  He asked why I just didn't give him my phone number......I then replied that I am currently looking at a ton of complaints about this number and told him that he is probably a scammer.  He really didn't have much to say except that I would have to wait to see the action for this debt collection.  I don't have any debt that I am aware of.  All my bills are up to date.  It does worry me that maybe someone has opened accounts out there in my name.
