I get these calls no matter how many complaints I file.I put the numbers in my block number file on my phone but can only put 50 in so it fills up and you have to knock out an old number to put new numbers in. I don't answer anything that is not identified on my caller Id but the phone still rings and is very annoying. there should be a way to stop this. That is what we should be telling our Senators!!!

I received a call from this number and caller ID says "toll free number" and nothing else.  I am able to put a "selective call rejection" on this number per my digital phone service (WOW).  I have done this before with other unwanted calls and it seems to work.  Check with your provider to find out if this free service is available to you.

Got a call every nite during dinner this week---- 866 441 3070 no message and I am on the do not call list.  I guess I'll just report them to Pres. Obama and let him fix it just like every thing else

I've received calls from this number for three days now.  Tried leaving a message to take us off their list but it did not good.
Just filed a complaint with https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx  and advise others to do the same.

same call...866 441 3070...no message...March 1, 2010, 3:00 PM EST. I get at least three "out of area' calls a day, and I'm supposed to be on the no call list!

Received a call from 866-441-3070.  They identify themselves as the "Coalition for Medicare Choices" and  give a DC address.  It is a robo call that asks you to "push 1" to be connected to your Senator's office to ask them to stop cutting Medicare services.  It would be very interesting to see who is funding this, I suspect health ins. companies.  The legal info on their web page references "America's Health Insurance Plans ("AHIP") " as the legal entity at the same DC address.  Further: "Welcome to AHIP’s web site. America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) is the national association representing nearly 1,300 member companies providing health insurance coverage to more than 200 million Americans"
