This is GMAC calling about past due amounts for a vehicle loan.  They are quite persistant and will call numerous times a day without leaving a message.

GMAC now ALLY is stupid, why do they hide their caller ID???/  They should just allow the caller ID to say GMAC or ALLY... maybe then I would answer the phone

Who are you?  Can't you speak english?  Is that why you do not talk?

They call numerous times a day and leave a message saying to call Chris at 866-443-3138.
Who the hell is Chris??
At least tell people where are you calling from!!
Once you leave a decent message people will return your phone call.

There's a lot of fraud going on out there.  They called my office for someone with a common name who DOES NOT EVEN have a loan with them...

They call and leave a message with their first name and "important you return my call" , but they dont even have the courtesy to leave their company name.  I had to look up the number here to find out who was calling me.  Seriously?  Im 9 days past due date...I have no problem with them making a reminder call, but they treat their customers like they are evading them...like its a seriously past due account.... come on Ally, treat a first call with a little more common courtesy.  Oh, and hire some people with decent phone personalities..not that deadpan collection agency attitude.

Calls almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day, they hang up right after I finish my greeting. I am going to start turning them into the FCC for anoying calls, I do not care who they are, they should not be calling & hanging up like this. It is a waste of a business' time, waste of my time, ties up a line on my company phone that a customer could be calling in on. It is pointless! GMAC/ALLY if you are reading this, it is stupid & you need to change your tatics. I know that nobody from my office will call you back unless you leave a message. No message, no call back - simple as pie!

The caller Michele from ALLY was rude, hang up on me before I get a chance to speak.  Poor management and lack of training.  Will not get load from this company anymore!!

This number call for one of my employees.  I asked what is this in regards to and all they could say it was personal.

No idea why they call daily. The only load I had with GMAC/ALLY was paid in full and I have the title.
There's never anyone on the phone when I answer.

They call me three or four times a day I have never had a loan with them all my cars have been paid in cash at the time I buy them as soon as I get their address I am going to send them a bill  then turn it over to a collection agency

1-866-443-3112 is related to 1-888-611-6904?!! Same message when I call back those 2 number. 3 to 4 times a day

HOW DO I SUE OR GET CEASE/DESIST LETTER FROM CALLING MY WORK WHEN I AM AT RISK OF BEING TERMINATED FROM THEIR INCESSANT CALLS TO MY WORK?
