HOW DO I SUE OR GET CEASE/DESIST LETTER FROM CALLING MY WORK WHEN I AM AT RISK OF BEING TERMINATED FROM THEIR INCESSANT CALLS TO MY WORK? IM ONLY 2WKS LATE TOO.

I have NEVER been late with them, and yet they called and hung up on me. I'm sure you don't have a lot of bills to worry about living in your mother's basement, so I guess we can excuse such ignorance.

I got a call that went to voicemail.  They said to call back for an urgent matter and I have never had a loan with either company mentioned in the other posts.

i bought a new car, was financed from allied.... my first bill was not even due yet, and they called me several times a day, saying i was 21 days past due on my loan... i only had the car 8 weeks... said i owed late fee for first payment, even tho, i had not received bill yet...i i will call and take to supervisor tomarrow...poor customer service, I have a feeling this will not be the first issue i will have with this company... i would recommend not using this company if you can help it.

i am so sick of getting calls no less than 3 times a day from this number... we are busy and they just call and hang up.

They kept calling and not leaving a voicemail. I finally called back to see what their deal was. They said they were from "Ally" Bank. They kept asking for my social security number and account number. I refused to give them any information and they got very testy. I called Ally later that day and they said this number is not one of theirs. Definitely some sort of scam. Please be careful!

I have no account in with this company. Should I Justpay it even though I don't owe money? Nice advice you give, NOT.

I find it hilarious those of you on here who want to pass judgement. I just received a call on my work phone number and they had my first and last name and claim I am 10 days late on my 2013 Toyota Camry loan... Ironic thing I do not own a 2013 vehicle much less a toyota camry and DO not have anything with GMAC or ALLY so who should pay up now. They wanted me to confirm my social etc and I said um you called me, I don't know you nor claim to have an account can I verify anything else.. Then when I tried to ask again they hang up on me.. So guess I'll wait until i get something in writing.

Collection companies are not allowed to identify themselves to anyone other than the intended recipient, privacy laws.

Got a reference for that, because that is totally made up as best I can tell.

We've had 3 different people for the last 3 days calling my company and asking for the accounts payable person. I've called them back every day and no one that answers can tell me why they are calling!!! They just tell me to wait for the next call!! What is up with these people. And I can never get any of the people that leave the message when I call back.
