This number called my business line.  I do service calls for local residential customers so, when I see an 866 number, I just say "Hello" (no business name nor my own name).  Woman on the other end just said it was a wrong number.  I'm wondering if I had identified it as a business that they were calling if my response would have been the same.

Called our Dr. office and I hung up right away when the delay of silence occurred... ALWAYS means its a telemarket scam or robovoice when that silence occurs. Now I see this has been going on for YEARS??

USELESS fed govt. for not hanging these crooks by the bolls and beating into a coma! Making a cut of their profits and allowing it?? Dr. offices should NOT have to be on an INOPERATIVE Do Not Call List ... also a scam... legitimate patients should be the only calls inbound but obviously the feds do not care about your health enough to act on this situation, already 2 or 3 years into the mass of complaints

Seriously, I would love to have one of their representatives come to the office JUST ONCE... we have a nurse on duty who could (but hopefully wouldnt) help such a crook...

Recieved a phone call , asked for my boss when I told her her was unavailable , she was very rude and then hung up on me !

Get the phone number and keep calling them back.  Don't say anything, just hang up AFTER someone says hello.  Do this over and over and over.......

This caller calls at least once a week to my restaurant business over lunch hour and never says anything, they hang up after we answer! Very annoying and unprofessional

Hi - I just got sucked into this - I totally fell for the high pressure phone call and thought I was buying advertising on 411.ca not 441da.ca and when it never showed up I faxed them that I refused to pay my invoice and was then told there was a difference and that I would be obligated to pay a $301 'cancellation' fee which is half of the full year subscription.  When I refused to pay that they threatened to send me to collections. AGAIN they totally make it sound like it's 411.ca to get the sale, I said I believe they totally misrepresented themselves and I therefore did NOT get what I thought I was agreeing to sign up.  BEWARE!!!!  I got caught on a busy day and didn't double check the sight first, which I usually do before agreeing to anything, don't let it happen to you.

Lady identified herself as "411 directory assistance" and, like a lot of people, I thought she meant 411.ca.  Once she started trying to "confirm account information", I asked her what had happened to my account rep (I *do* advertise with 411.ca).  To her credit, she repeated the company name and I confirmed that it was not the same company as 411.ca.  She agreed.
I told her I did not have any budget for more advertising (and I have never heard of their site much less someone using it).

Female caller asked for the owner, told her he was not in and could I take a message. She just hung up. Very rude! .

411da.ca is a trade name of Sterling Business Solutions of Montreal. I have already made a complaint and requested an investigation be conducted by the Competition Bureau of Canada to determine if 411da.ca is violating any federal statues by trading off the trade name 411.ca

This number called my business today.  It's 411da.ca, not 411.ca.  After asking for updated address, she said, so where can I send the $575 invoice.  How ridiculous!  

This is for sure a scam. Damn usually I am pretty good at sniffing these things out but the scammer made it sound like our company owner had previously signed up for this and that it was a renewal. So I get the invoice in the mail for $500, pay it (foolishly) and then get two more invoices in the mail from 'Direct Market Link' and 'Direct Services 411' for $500 and $750 respectively. Both invoices have my name on them as well as very similar addresses to the first invoice from 411 Directory Assistance, leading me to believe with certainty that they are all connected. After all, how would they have gotten my exact name without a phone call or at least an address?
Good job 411 Directory Assistance, you got me. Do yourself a favour and if you answer the phone and these jokers are on the other line, tell them to f--- off!

Scammers from this number keep calling us, once or twice a week, looking for the owner of our company. What a low life. Finally added it to our blocked caller list. Cheers!

This was a company purported to be 411.ca, asking me to verify my company information for our 411 listing.  They were quick to end the call when I said I could not authorize payment.

The number belongs to 411 Directory Assistance. The company offers Local & National Directory Assistance services for People and Business information.

The company has been in Business for over 10 years, operating with the same Phone Number, and it is older than Yelp.

411 Directory Assistance has this number for over 10 years. 411 Directory Assistance if older than Facebook, Yelp, Bing, Twitter, and Instagram.

Unfortunately, some people just resort to online bullying and name calling while spreading baseless accusations and lies. Yes, the information they write, thinking that they will remain anonymous, is defamatory. In Canada, we have laws against libel. You are entitled to your own opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts.

411 Directory Assistance is also a good standing member of Quebec Commercial Certification Office http://www.occq-qcco.com/main.cfm?p=421&l=en& ... CategorieID=449 . It is like Better Business Bureau for Quebec.
