i called and they were really courtious to me and said he would remove my number.  Thank you for the information i hope this works!!!

Here is the best solution IF you have Comcast Cable Phone service. I am sure other carriers and providers have the service but I called them and this is all you have to do to block up to 12 numbers. You might also want to add/block: 866-839-0807 and 877-850-7458 as these also belong to Global Marketing.

1. Dial STAR 60 (*60)
2. A prompt will come on asking you if you want to activate call blocking, select POUND (#).
3. It will then prompt you for the #, add the numbers one at a time followed by POUND at the end of each one. Voila!

I called the FCC and filed a online conplaint as well. They replied by mail stating the #'s and the name of the company is not enough for them to track them down!  If you get asked for or they say we want your credit card info by the caller/scammer the FCC said to call the FTC (Federal Trade Commision) and report it as they apparently take it seriously but who knows. The FTC # is 877-382-4357.

I am so tired of this crap.  They keep calling, at all hours, waking me up, pissing me off.  But the few times that I answer it, I don't get anything on the other end.  I've never been propositioned to buy anything or anything like that, I just never get anything on their end of the line, so all I get on my end is irritation.

I get calls constantly from this number, when I answer, they say, "Tamera?", then I say yes, then they hang up. Creepy.

I get these every so often on my cell phone and I have never talked to any body. so far I havent noticed any unusual activities on my credit card but I will be watching more closely now.

Got a call from the Global Marketing. They told me the last 4 digits of a debit card and wanted to verify address. I would not and told them I was not interested. They hung up, but continue to harass me. What do you do?

14th call, answered today, person started his bs and said could you hold on

I get several calls a day from this number (866-491-2180) - they never a leave a message - the few times I have answered it - there is no one there, no one to whom I can tell to take my name off their list and stop calling.  How do we have these call stopped?

they call me 4 times a day, when I answer.. usually no one is there.
they keep asking for someone else named Lindsey Rich when they do respond

I have been getting calls from this number for the last month to two months and because I do not know the number i do not answer. They will call 3-4 times a day and it is getting old. Now that I know who this is I am definetly not going to answer it.

I get a call from this "Global Marketing Stratigies" telemarketers like 10 times a day saying they have the last 4 digits of my Visa card and are gonna give me "gifts" $25 gift cards to wal mart and a couple other gifts. I get there names like bryan and jeff called me and I tell them to put me on the DNC list but they hang up on me so fast most of the time I cant even tell them. I keep telling them that I want to talk to a supervisor and they hang up again. Just now one called me back and said he was a manager and he too tryed to sell me this [***] so I started to yell at him saying I do not want you to call me anymore! He said he would and he mocked everything I said and was very rude to me. Then he hung up on me. What the hell do I do!

I have been receiving AT LEAST 4 calls per day from this number for the past 3 weeks.  As soon as I answer, there is a disconnect signal.  Finally, today, I got there before the first ring was finished and a lady came on saying she was from Global Rewards and wanted to sell me a bunch of discounts.  I tried to engage her and asked why the disconnects when you answer.  She said,"Well we use an electric dialer, sir, and sometimes they disconnect".  I asked the name of the firm 3 times and each time she responded with Global Rewards.  I got out of her that they are located in Tampa, Florida.  As soon as she figured I was not going to buy, she hung up.

How do we stop these people?  She is calling a 'Do Not Call' number.

After trying knight sticks and canceling I started receiving numerous phone calls from this number a day. My niece answered the phone and asked who was calling. They asked her if she was me and she said no. They were rude and said then why are you asking who is calling? Then they hung up. The next day I answered the phone, they said I was such a good card holder and repeat the last 4 digits of one of my cards that I get to receive a gift. I knew this was bogus because my credit card company would tell me which one they were. And told them I didn't want it. They hung up on me and keep calling over and over and over.

I to have also been getting calls form this "Global Marketing" at least 4 times a day, even after I have told them to take my number off this call list! Just like others have said that after you start to tell them not to call here any more they hang up and I thought that was a BIG no no for telemarkter! I even have my number on that do not call registery, does this not mean anything! They are really pissing me off and I'm going to find away to report them if I can, to the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY!

This number has been calling me four to five times a day for the last two weeks.  I am very busy during the day and hardly get to answer my phone but they just called for the first time on the weekend.  If it happens again I will be filing a complaint with the fcc.
