Andres, I tried that and guess what? Still getting the calls. In fact, just got one a couple minutes ago. Seems like they always calls a couple weeks before my bill is due. Wonder if they are just trying to "add" services before I make a payment. I've just resorted to hitting ignore on my phone. Kind of a pain but they never leave a message anyways. I figure if it was really important they would.

I live in an area where we have BrightHouse... we no longer have Time Warner Cable and the name is considered "prehistoric" in Florida... and its been like that for YEARS now...
Why would they call for an area code of (386)?????
This caller only rings once, and then hangs up. Never leaves a message. Try to call back and get "box not found" and "Too much space in box, Goodbye!" :|
Really frustrating at times when I'm in a call with a client and this randomly pops up...

Everyone should call that number back many times as they can.  This is because they get charged each time you call them.  So pay back.

Called time warner and changed the main and alternate phone number to random phone numbers, also had them add those new numbers to their "do not call" list. So far this has worked. I used to get 1-2 calls a day from them. This won't work for those who are not customers as there is no acct for the customer service rep to alter. You can also save the phone number in your contact list labeling it "spam" Give that number a special ringtone like "silent" or if your phone has the option, send the call strait to voice mail.

If it's Time Warner and you are already Time Warner customer and Time Warner annoy you any longer. I recommend to quit the contract.

calls and nevers leaves message 4 or 5 times a day...

I just keep asking them if they have TIVO until they hang up! :P

Thanks for all the useful information about this number. I added the number to my phone's Reject List and now the call doesn't even ring my phone. It just goes straight to voicemail and they never leave a message. So basically, I never know when they call unless I look up my phone's call history (which I rarely do). It's a perfect solution, and I'm happy!!

same number thats been calling, and I called it back and it turns out it IS IN FACT TIME WARNER CABLE... the Vmail said leave your message after the tone that it was about my account, then it said leave your number and account name to be removed... I am currently a TW customer but I have paid for 6 months up front on my internet so I know its not about my bill... It could be the 50GB of data they let me download ;)

I just got a call from them and when I answered they hang up..

received a call at 7:26p PST.. i didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

They called at 3:18 PM PST. I let it go to voicemail and none was left.

I just got the a form letter with this phone number on it... official looking from the "Department of Housing Assistance" without any significant agency address or official identification.
