I have received 3 calls so far.  I had a debt with Sears a couple years ago, but that has been resolved.  ANNOYING!  Lots of people seem to be having trouble with these guys..57 complaints in Chicago resulted in lawsuit apparently.

Got a call from this number (866-577-8402), did not answer the phone.
Sense I work for a local telephone company I was able to looked up the number (shame on me) we are not suspose to do that. As previously stated above "This number is a colletion agency and they handle several companies collections processing."

Just got a call from it. same message as above "craig jepson, call back at 18665778402" but my caller ID says something different. it says 18006634707

We too get this call regularly. I am so tired of being interupted by this nuisance.

Craig seems to be a busy guy . He calls me several times a week and i owe none one. I have never returned his call as his "recorded" voice message is "RUDE" by its tone. ill bet he kicks small dogs and hisses at old people and kids.

I, too, have fallen victim to the incessant calling of one Craig Jensen (sometimes it sounds like Jepson, though) of Leading Edge Recovery Solutions for at least the last month. I have filed complaints in Florida (as I am not in Illinois where wonderful Lisa Madigan is filing a lawsuit against the company) with my Attorney General as well as with the FCC. I don't owe money to anyone and have never spoken to anyone from this company. I just emailed the company asking them to stop calling me and informing them of my complaints. I can only hope this will be resolved soon.

Same as above.  I was awaked today by a phone call.  I also have caller ID and am on the do not call list, and received the same message as everyone else from Craig Jensen.  I also do not owe any money or have any past due bills.  I will be very upset if this continues!

This is a call from a Ray Jempson. I get one sometimes twice a day. Spoken to a person who will not identify WHY and HOW they got my number

TO FIGHT BACK,  Call 8665778402 back several times each day for as long as you can handle it. Do not give any information, just flood their lines for which they pay for each call.  The idea is to tie up their phone lines and generate costs to them! NEAT!

THIS INDIVIDUAL FROM THE ABOVE CONTINUES TO CALL MY CELL PHONE. MY CELL NUMBER HASNT BEEN ISSUED TO ANYONE... INCLUDING ANYONE I HAVE BUSINESS RELATIONS WITH. CALLS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK....SUCKS WHEN YOU ARE ON A SERVICE PLAN AND CALLS AS SUCH DEDUCT FROM YOUR CELL MINUTES...

I just received a call from 866-577-8402 looking for what I think is a total different person but requesting to talk to my mother in a business matter from Colorado.  
She does not speak the language, she has not been in any business related transactions in Colorado, she has ever been or lived in Colorado, she does not own my credit cards , she has never own a phone service and worst of all she has been terminally sick for the past two years.  

We have explained this to these people for the past 18 months but they keep calling. What's wrong with this industry, the person they are looking for has the exact name as my mother but almost 30 years younger. But of course they won't discuss business matter with family members to clear up this mess.  

So whoever you are "866-577-8402"  you can keep on calling all you want because I will answer the phone and if you will like to discuss any type of business you'll do it through me.

Someone named "Craig Jefson" called my mother's house and left a message on her answering machine. My mother called the number back, and a woman answered. She asked for my mother's phone number in order to "take her off the list." The woman wouldn't state her business except to say that it wasn't a sales call and that it was for me, not my mother. Naturally, my mother didn't disclose her phone number or mine to the woman, so the woman gave. As far as I know I do not have any outstanding collections, so I am suspicious of this if they're trying to collect a debt.

I called the number to inquire about the matter and spoke to a nasty woman who said she couldn't look up my account unless I gave her a phone number. This is total BS.

When I asked her the name of her company she said it was "Leading Edge." I said I never give out my phone number, so she she said "have a nice day" in a very irritated tone and nearly hung up on me.

At the least, the company employees are rude. The phone number gathering sounds suspicious, and I'm not sure it's legal. It is also illegal for this company to repeatedly contact the same number--it's harassment. If someone calls you repeatedly, get any information they will share, then tell them never to contact you again. If they do, report them.

I get a call from these people at least once a day. I never answer, I let the machine get it. Figured it was a collection agency.

Tough. When my husband died, so did most of the credit cards. Feeding kids were more important than paying those cards. They can call until they stop breathing,  I'm not going to answer.

Just got one from this number, but 2 yesterday, similar MO.  Like all of you, I don't owe any money.  I just delete the message.  I saw the call come in and suspected it was unsolicited.  How sad that it has come to avoiding picking up a phone call to avoid solicitations, bad debts of people that may have had my phone number 5 years ago, and then rudeness when you try to explain their error.

I received 2 calls from this number- this time they number that showed on my caller id was 800-663-4707. They left an automated message telling me to call them back at 866-577-8402 - I called that number and the phone rang one time then I was put on hold. Then a rep picked up and I gave her my number - told her it was wrong and she said ok -we will take your number out. Lets see if they call back

Are most people on here from the U.S. that are recieving these calls?  I live in Ontario, Canada and have got 2 calls from this company in the last 3 weeks stating that the reason they are calling is very important and they weren't selling anything and I should call them back immediately.
