They have called me every day for a week, including weekends, between 8 am and 9 am.  Never leaves a message.  Based on the other comments left here, I've added them to auto reject.

Calls every half hour during the middle of the day for the past several days and never leaves a message. It's very disruptive  when people in the household  are trying to sleep.  I put a call block on for this number but it doesn't seem to stop incessant calls.

This is Midland alright and I'll bet it's set up to call u repeatedly and starting early.

Called several times. Rude; pushing;threatening. I've asked my number be removed and never call my number again.

The BT 8500.. WILL stop them!!    :)

They called today and asked to speak to my mom and she lives 3 hrs away.

It is in violation of the Fair Collections Act to contact a person at work, make harassing calls, call non account holders (family members) and to threaten legal action.     If they do this, inform them they are braking the law and you want their name, and address for filing a complainant with the Sate Attorneys Office.

call every day 2 or 3 times l a day for last month at least  i do not answer any unknown callers

After reading the comments and on do not call list as well, filed the report and will not answer future calls

I have never had, nor will I ever, own a t-mobile phone. This is a scam just hoping someone will provide info. then they will say 'oops' someone else's acct, sorry. Ya, no!

Next time they call you, waste their time! If you ask them questions (play along but don't give them any information), then ask them to hold on a minute and let them hold til they hang up. They get in trouble and supervisor will get on to them for talking to long on the phone. This place is a telemarketing service, not just a collection agency. The workers have quotas, they have to call so many people, everyday so next time they call you, play along and they will stop.

Called me on Sunday and leave no message. The legitimate business do not call on Sunday. So I blocked this number right away.

Collection agencies DO call on sundays...it is totally legal
