    I keep getting calls from them too, its very annoying. And texts as well, just yesterday I received 3 texts from rogers... I wonder if they call customers with a prepaid plan... I would laugh if they get charged for receiving those calls.

    I have received calls from 866-665-5623, daily, for the last two weeks.  Initially, I ignored the calls...and did not pick up; however, they just keep calling.  I finally picked up and was told it was Teleperformance calling on behalf of Rogers.  I advised it was not a convenient time, and the representative (whom I could barely understand) proceeded to tell me that they would just call more often then.  I called the number back and asked to removed from their list.  They keep calling.  Called Rogers directly, today, and they filed a request to cease communication.  We'll see how this goes.

    I also have been getting calls from this number ON MY UNLISTED Rogers cell phone number. It's pretty bad when you are being harrassed by the company who charges me for an unlisted number designed to prevent these harassing calls ! !

    I have been getting calls from this number for a few weeks, they've phoned 11 times in the last 10 days (I counted)

    I changed my marketing permissions with Rogers, for some reason it appears I gave them permission to contact them by mail, phone and cellphone for everything! While I have specifically told them before I do not wish to be contacted about ANYTHING! I recall checking the boxes on the form before... somehow that information wasn't there anymore.

    t's Rogers calling trying to up-sell us on our cell phone package. The guy talked very fast and in circles trying to convince me to go with a more expensive package which would be better for us because it would save us money??? Ya right!!  I declined several times. After the 3rd decline I don't let them interrupt me -- I keep talking and say that I am not interested and thank you very much for calling and have a good day and goodbye and then I hang up.

They do not honor do not call lists.     They've called me AT LEAST 10+ times over the past week (3 of those calls are from TODAY which is just excessive).  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, especially on my cellphone when I would be wasting my minutes!

    Like, LEAVE A MESSAGE!  If I don't answer that many times then take a hint and move on.  If I wanted extra services or whatever from Rogers I WILL CALL THEM!  I find phonecalls like this very intrusive.....

    I got feed up with recieving the calls and no one answered when I said 'hello' so I downloaded 'Call Control' for my Blackberry and blacklisted the number. It was fee and works great. You may also want to blacklist the mother-in-law.

    I started receiving phone calls from several toll free numbers about 1 week after I got Rogers cable and internet hooked up in my new place. All of the numbers calling are promotional companies calling on behalf of Rogers. I've called back and followed the steps to have my number removed and before long, a different company calls again, on behalf of Rogers. This is absolutley frustrating and Rogers knows it. I am going to take a day off work and call every Rogers number (technical help, cable, internet, wireless) wait on line, and ask the answerer if he is interested is something ridiculous. I want to see what his reaction will be and how they realise it disrupts their work day.

    Omg! I am getting fed up with this number! Before it started out only calling me once a day and then it slowly progressed to calling me twice a day then three times. Now its like every 3 hours or so. I am sick of this

    I received quite a few calls, and I answered most of them. There's only silence on the other line. I always pick up, say hello few times, and hang up. Enough already!!

    I've received calls from this number five times today (Oct 29th '10), which is completely ridiculous.  The Rogers complaint department is useless, much like other companies (Scotiabank comes to mind).  I'm offing a letter to the Rogers Ombudsman, I would elicit all of you to do the same.
