Messages left on Work voicemail saying 'This is not a solicitors call. Call Aidan Solomon at 866-696-4188, about business you are conducting.' Messages were left twice. One on 1/29/2009 and another one on 1/30/2009. I called this number today 2/2/2009 and the call was answered by Monica. I asked her the name of the company and she said 'SRS Associates' This is my work phone. I have had no previous contact SRS. I do not give out my work number for private calls. This is a government number they are call which does not allow such calls. Not to mention. I could loose my job over it.

These people called me regarding a friend of mine,they stated the same,that they wanted to notify her of a pending case against her in NJ before she was blindsided with the proceedings that were going to take place against her. The first time I answered the call for her 856-690-5762 I asked very nicely what this was in reference to and how they had gotten my name and my very new cell phone number,the man on the other end said...and I qoute " Look are you going to tell me how to get in touch with her nor not" I said " when you answer my question on how my name and number became a part of this" he responded " F**K this " and hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke with a manager who promised me that this person was going to have action taken against him and that my number would be removed from thier system...Fat chance at that,they continue to harrass me for a debt that is NOT mine,day and night. I have 2 small children and am an EMT,when I am on a call,my phone goes off constantly with these people,and I get nervous that it is a call about my children. Very unfair,very rude,very illegitimate way to run a business!

I just got a call from these guys about a pending legal matter for one of my friends.  They said the same things - they wanted me to make sure he got in touch with them so he wouldnt be blindsided by legal action.  I dont know why they'd be calling me, but when pressed about the "pending matter", they said they couldnt tell me unless I had power of attorney.  THEN DONT F-ING CALL ME!!!

If its worth anything... I received a call at my house from a lady at SRS & Assoc. advising me that I need to have my mother call back TODAY to "get her side of the story" but would not provide any other information in regards to the matter except a case number.  I took the liberty of researching this company on my mother's behalf and saw this and other blogs.  I also started searching for the company on a D&B list (Hoovers.com). (with paid membership, you have access to company profiles IF they are listed with the tax office in their state.)  I searched the Hoover's database for this company by name, "DBA", owner/CEO/CFO, address, and multiple other search criteria and found absolutely NOTHING for this company.  This raises a HUGE red flag for doing business with them.  If a company does not have a D&B listing/number, they basically are not a real company.  Major companies use Hooover's to verify their business type and other important contact information.  Again, I found nothing about this company.  I can assure you, without this information a MAJOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, like the one I work for, would not extend them credit or allow them services without deposits.  

Just some food for thought... and I will certainly be advising my mother to ignore them.

I received a call at my office. Ms.Ling. She stated she was with the SRS Association. See left a message for another person I don't even know. She claimed she was rendering a final decision, a decision that cannot be reversed, and if this person didn't return her call it would be a willful and deliberate evasion. I was concerned for the person the message was actually for and called the number 1-866-500-9832. The operator who answered was extremely rude. When I ask what SRS Assoc. was, she refused to answer. I asked to speak to someone else; of course no one else was there. These people need to have a harassment lawsuit filed against them.

Someone named David Greco called and began yelling at me that he was the President and CEO of "SRS" and that I owed his "client" some money and needed to make payment arrangements. Imade arrangements to pay though my checking account and before the paymebnt was due to be made the bank put a freeze on my
account and would not honor the payment. David Greco called to say the I had
given them a bad check and was a criminal and he was going to report me to the
County courts and have me prosecuted. I gave them my friends debit card number and paid them $441.00. They called me today and said that no payment was made and that if I didn't pay today I would be prosecuted. My friend has a receipt
of the payment made through her debit card. They are rip-off artists and I am
turning the case over to my attorney.

These people were actually very nice so far... If you are working with a debt consolidation company. Give them the information to contact your debt consolidators and they will cease calling you and direct all information to them.

Knowing she could not a fault by there own statements, she chose to attempt a settle this issue. When I came home she told me what she did, I acknowledged a contract with MY CASH NOW & not reciving issues in writing yet even with SRS [***] being the 3RD company to have this account.I LOVE my WIFE, if this issue  is not backed up with the paper work as stated, My Cash Now, Marcus Harris, Frank ? So they got arrested huh???? and they want to say were going to court/jail huh imagine that! I keep getting the phone calls i havent spoken with them directly but they keep leaving voicemails threating voicemails.... I want to know what its about but im not dealing with people that talk to me like that im human and you dont call my phone talking to me like that! SOOOO if a SRS employee reads this maybe approaching people professional you will get more out of them, im not going to be threaten and then call you back and give you money they do not scare me b/c people they can not take you to jail over a debt.... try to get to the person you have the debt with and try working it out with them.... I still cant get over them getting arrested HA! getting arrested isnt funny but its funny when the person getting arrested calls and threatens you illegally about getting arrested.....

yous are really takin this whole collection thing to the head first off i worked in a collection agency and yous as debtors have rights as far as them calling family members they can only do that if yous put their numbers on your app for wateva it is that yous have.....write a letter to cease nd decest and get over it or just pay your bills back...

I am receiving calls from SRS stating that they are taking me to court for a unpaid payday loan. I tried to reconcile to pay this debt and then I didn't have enough money to cover the check which I agreed to pay. They are stating they can press charges against me for the nsf check across the states lines.  Can they do this? I offered to make a payment arrangement starting 12/06/09 and she stated that she will put this account on a 48 hour hold and they will then proceed to have my wages garnished? Legally can they do that for a payday loan? In the state of PA aren't they illegal? What is my next recourse of action? I tried to get her to send me information about the original loan and they stated I had that information. Told them no I dont have that information she wouldn't send that to me and she wouldn't give me the number for arrowhead investment.  She said that I should be able to go to my bank and get that. I dont have that bank anymore.  I know that I paid off or on this loan but arent sure how much I paid. She wont give me any information but that I owed  $900.00 for a $300.00 loan. But when they wanted to settle they only wanted me to pay $268.00 .She stated they have my conversation recorded that I agreed to make the payment and the check was returned to them.

Received call stating that I was conducting business with their office and I needed to return phone call. Messages were left at my job when they were instructed by my office manager not to call because this was my place of employment, they continue to call. I have asked several times to send info to my home or email address stating what I owe and haven't gotten anything from the company. What can I do they keep calling threating me about taking me to court if a payment isn't made but no one can tell me what is due and who I am to pay.

I contacted SRS after I had pulled my credit report and saw an Arrowhead Financial on it.  I called Arrowhead to find out what they were and found out they were an online payday company, but they had sold it to SRS for nonpayment.  I called SRS and left a message and when they finally called me back they said it was an urgent legal matter and that I had better contact them before the end of the day.  So out of curiosity I did and they told me that I had taken out a payday loan more than a year ago and had not paid it back.  I explained to Mr. Anderson that I had not taken out an online payday loan he simply stated I am sorry to hear that sounds like you might be a victim of identity theft and because I feel sorry for you I am willing to cut this loan by 50%.  I told him that I was not going to pay back a loan I never took out and he stated that they were going to garnish my wages and somehow he knows where I work and live.  I told him I was contacting an attorney and hung up.  Can they legally make me pay back this loan????

LOL.  What a joke. Threats dont scare me. I called them back and stated she doesnt work here and removed the number. They said ok so lets see what happens.!!!!!!!!  Probably nothing.....

Withdrew money from my account without my permission. I will be getting my money back and put a stop payment from this company! BEWARE OF THEM
