A lady with a barely understandable accent at this number keeps calling us.  We are not the party she wants. She accused me of lying about who we are. She should be fired!!!!

A man said he is from Direct Energy. The contract should have been ended 1 year ago!

This company is Collection Group of Canada, working for Direct Energy. These are the rudest, most aggressive and ignorant bunch of people I have ever encountered.  Claimed to be collecting a bogus $20 account for cancelling my service with Direct Energy, then called my number 6 times a day for 3 weeks!!  

Direct Energy should be ashamed for using these people - and there was no outstanding amount!!

I received a call from this number but nobody practically talks.

Repeated unwanted calls, almost every day.

We had cancelled the gas service for more than 3 months coz we sold the house and moved.  We paid off our bills, invoice and bank transaction records all kept.  Direct energy called us and want my new home address.  Don't ever give it to them.  This is your personal information as my lawyer said!!  The purpose of getting your information is send you bill for money!!  It had been sent to collection agency coz I am not giving those information.  They keep calling for months!!!  With rude and yelling!!!  Even want me to give my personal information before talk to me!!!  What the hell??  Calling my number and identify myself before you talk to me??  I had sent complain to National do not call list https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/pfplin-fccoin-eng  I do not have any business with them, so I am illegible for the rule.

This company calls and calls and calls and nobody there. When you call the number they are out of this world. They want a cancellation fee paid for Direct Energy. Don't ever let a salesman from this company( when they come to your door) ever talk you into such a contract.

We told them we would not pay this rediculous fabrication and they won't stop calling.

Somebody stop this comany.......PLEASE!!!!!

i'm not leaving my name as i don't know where i'm sending this or who is getting it. but i too am getting these calls. and i have no idea who i owe money to. they don't say a thing and then expect me to know who they are telepathically?? i called the phone people and complained to them .. they had no idea and said call the authorities. maybe i should. it should be outlawed garbage like that. any how... thats my 2 cents... gl e1 on getting this taken care of ... myself... i'm going to buy a fog horn... and next time they call ... i can have a blast.... <giggles>

this caller been calling us every day so than we told them to stop calling us. today the call us and swear at us.

These individuals, who call from 1866 717 7004, have been harassing me on the phone for a few months, and since last week, when I told them off, they have intensified their call to at least twice a day. They are trying to collect $120.00 for a 16 minute collect call which my daughter made from Mexico. I was told once of the charge by the telephone company, whom I told that I was disputing the charge because it's outrageous an illegal, they never sent me the bill or contacted me since.
Then, these people the ones who make the calls from 1866 717 7004, don't want to tell me who they are collecting for. However they are like a pest, to say the least, they make threats. I would like them  to stop calling and harassing me. I would like them to tell me who they are collecting for. I would like them to consider the fact that I paid them $60.00 for something that is illegal. I paid them  to get them  off my back and believing that they would stop. They are calling with malice, because they never leave a message. They should. perhaps know, that we do not live in a backwards country where they can do what they want, because they are working for the Telephone company. People have rights too! People don't need to be harassed.

Called them back, didn't say a word. Ticked them off a lot, it's kinda fun.

I have been having the same issue, the idiot phone company i cancelled my phone with sent the final bill to somewhere that doesnt exist so obviously it got lost, when i finally got it i paid for it that day.  I have been getting calls for a week now at least once a day... i tell them the same thing everytime and even gave them a confirmation number that i paid.  I called back and now she says im not or never was in their system and then a long pause and she hung up

Two callers from this number have been calling my work cell phone looking for one Joy. I told them I do not know joy. One of them even said she called last week and that the fellow who picked the phone promised to deliver message to Joy. When I told her that no one uses my phone but me, she hung up.

Someone from this number has been calling my work cell phone for several weeks. There has not been anyone on the line if I answer. This really getting annoying.

I keep getting a call from these guys, though they hid their number until they left me a message, they were looking for a guy named Stephen, I told them to not call me that it was the wrong number, today, same person calls me back, rudely refuses to tell me who she is or who she is calling from, also demanded my name which i didn't give, they have been calling me for a month or more, she rudely hung up on me as well when i tried to speak
