Got ANOTHER call from them tonight. Called them back and asked them to take my # off of their calling list. THIS with the National Do Not Call Registration.. will it make them stop?!

They called cell phone on 'Sunday" which I think is against the  law, didn't answer not on my phone list.

they stopped for a few months but have started up againi will do whatt i did the last time starting with florida and indiana attorney general than fed goverment tham state of ind finally bbbthese  people are [***] what makes them think anyone would work with them i have read other post where old people signed up with them after the first year the interest rate jumped to 10%-16% we need to find their home # so we can call them night and day

Thanks for the information!   I also found the company executives on LinkedIn.com.   I then called and asked if they could remove me from their calling list, or if I should call their CEO or VP of Operations at home to do it.   Very easy phone call!

They call 3-4 times a week.  Sometimes as early as 8:30 a.m.

Got a call from this # called us by name some kind of VA loan lower scam  Said they want to help vets   When I told them NO they then wanted to talk to my husband   What a silly girl must not be married    I reported them to  Do Not Call    Won't do any good but it makes me feel like I'm doing something

These people are a trip.  The phone rings, long dead silence, and finally they say something. Its as if their own employees know they are trying to rip people off..I told them that my number is on the Do Not Call Registry, and since I have no business relationship with them, they are in violation.  I am reporting them to my state's Attorney General's office too. They want to "help" me  by refinancing my VA loan!!  If I wanted "help", I'd be searching to refi, not sittin gby the phone , waiting for some firm like them to swoop down and save me.

Received call from female caller who could not pronounce words correctly.  Told the individual that I am on both the state and federal no-call lists and that this and further calls would be reported to the authorities.  I used my state attorney general's online compliant form to report the incident.  Since this was a "live" caller, the state does go after them.  If they are trying to scam veterans, I hope that they collect some funds from this "group."  I can only go by what the person claimed to be representing.  Clarity of speech was poor.  I used call look up for the number which only said "Toll Free."

Returned the call. Spoke with a gentleman, requested my number to be put on DNC list, and he said sure, that it took up to 72 hours to clear off all lists. Asked if I knew why they were calling and if I would be interested in their mortgage products. I let him know I was an apartment dweller with no homeowner intentions.

we get these calls at least 5 times a week.  no message left.

keep getting calls from this number, when i answer and say hello there is no one. there....

They don't stop calling.  They are like mosquitos buzzing in your face while you try to sleep.  I asked the woman ([***]) whether this was an ARM loan and she said she didn't know what I was talking about.  How could someone in the mortgage business not know about Adjustable Rate Mortgages?  Then, they wanted to send someone over my house.  I said no way, as that sounds like a fly-by-night operation.  If there's a problem, it was just a guy that came over my house?

They keep calling my house not saying anything...So i finally called back and its supposedly some outside mortgage company/lender offering refinancing at a lower rate... sounds pretty shady.. if your a legitimate business you dont need to do "drop calls" and hide behind an 800 number. I am filing a complain with FCC if I get ONE more call!!!

Im on the do not call list and am getting the same thing... Ive been informed you can do two things.. 1 file a complaint with the BBB and file a complaint with the FTC what they are doing violates specific rules/regulations set by the FTC.

I got a call from this company at 9:31pm. Before he could start his pitch I told him that I do not appreciate being called at 9:30pm from a company that I did not ask to call me
I will br reporting this to the BBB ANC do not call people, because I registered my number

Just receive a call from them and said no think you and hung up before he could get another word in.

when you call back, they are a mortgage lending corp supposedly. i am on the do not call registry, and when I answer this number, no one there. so when i call back, they talk to me...getting aroud the do not call regs...YOU called THEM! asked to remove my name from their list and I continue getting their calls...report to the fcc, this is illegal.
