They gave one of their employees, "Jim", some people's personal social security numbers to harass and threaten them with.  We went to the Attorney Generals office and are looking to sue them.  The attorney general of ny state is taking this very seriously.

I have no overdue debts so find it curious this number shows up on my caller ID over and over (no messags mind you). Guess they'll keep spinning their wheels calling the wrong number, ho hum...

Got a call from these sleazes several times. I was dumb enough to return their calls. I was threatened by the Loan executive who identified himself as an agent of Bank of America. He rattled off several companies that Have credit cards with and threatened to report me to them. He also told me they would seize my house, take me to courat and told me I was responsible for the collapse of credit in this country. It was actually pretty funny talking to these guys. The first guy I talked to offered me a settlement. I countered but he nnede to get it approved. Then this Jim guy got on the phone and started bullying me into the deal. I was told I could pay $1200 up front the $200/month. Told me to think real hard about it and call them back in a few days. Stand by that phone Jim.....I'll get back to you right after I call the CT A?G

they called here i didnt answer but was listing to their message and when they said it was an important call for someone we dont know i picked up to let them know they had the wrong number but then they asked for my parents by name!? i dont get it was it a scam to get me to answer the phone? do they really want my parents? as far as my parents know (by taking a look at their credit reports) they have no debt owed through this company and have never been contacted by them before today but they dont sound like good ppl

If you pay your bills then you wouldn't get any calls, it's simple, your a debtor!

if you get a call from this number then you may be an ignorant scumbag!!! pay your bills so the people who do pay don't have to suffer from high interest rates that you cause..... you deadbeats

You guys are scumbags you think it is ok to not pay your bills and you have any rights? When you sind the contract at whatever bank you gave up your rights , just pay your bills what is the asick part is that you people acctually think its ok ?!!

It is not okay to harass people who do not have a debt, as this company seems to do. I guess the FTC and the Attorney General from my state is the way to go. I am on a do not call list. I have no business with them. Call me outside of the approved hours for calling, I will add another complaint.

This company called me re: a debt I do not owe and will not abide by the Fair Debt Collections Act.

I have been getting continuous phone calls that have nothing to do with me!!!!!  You are looking for my sister- in- law! Stop harassing me and my parents (who by the way live in South Carolina)!  I can't help it if she won't pay you but calling me isn't going to get you anywhere!!!!!

I got a call (recorded message) from these losers today; the guy was trying to sound authoritative.  Probably regarding a relative who was forced to file bankruptcy; how the hell did they connect MY phone number?  Based on everything I've read so far about these thugs I'm telling him to make his lawyer aware of this.  We're pretty sure we know which debt they're harassing us about; the creditor in question knows about the filing and the previous CA (who is also aware of the situation) probably just passed it on.  No threats yet but we will be recording/documenting every call they make from now on.

Do NOT talk to these jerks and do NOT give them any information.

It is against the law to be harassed for someone else's debt so you can report them, not sure where to but if I find out I will let you know.
