    it is NOT legit.  NEVER accept an incoming call from fraud protection.  Hang up and call them back at the number on your card instead.  Adding to that, if they claim to be from "VISA" or "Mastercard" hang up.  Your issuing bank should be the ones contacting you, not the processor.
