Try this number....I just got off the phone with the bank and this is the # they gave me.866-440-0456...I called the number and spoke to a lady at the ins.company.

Bank Of America did this to me too. I can not get BOA to admit or stop stealing my money.

Did you get your refund ?? They have done that to me too.
