Keep getting calls from this number, no voicemail. Suspicious

They are legit. Other member of your family might have a TD card and listed the home phone number as the contact number, or if it's a minor, you might have given them your cell phone number.

TD Retail Card Services (TDRCS) credit card services may be legit. But making skip tracing debt collection calls to family friends or others associated are questionable business practices.

Likewise, just a call, no message or ID. March 2020

this number left a message on my business line saying they were TD loss prevention;only the person the message was for was an employee that hasn't worked here for 5 years. Red flags up; the bank would call someone at home, not at their place of employment and definitely NOT at a previous place of employment

1000% a scam caller. I'm with TD and they will never, under any circumstances, call you for any banking information, ask about your card, or even just to say "hello." The other reviews claiming this is legit are either dumb, bots, or in on it.

They called asking to confirm a card that I had just had cancelled, due to fraud.  This is a scam number.

Yes, this is a banking scam; You cannot trust calls from this number.

Scammers and shills do try to put up posts here and that is against the site ToS. There are regular readers and posters here that report those posts and try to help other users with questions about threads and how to deal with scammers.

Given the number of regular users vs sheer about of threads, it is not always possible to catch all of them but a goodly number get reported and removed.
