I just got a call from these nuts a few minutes ago. Luckily, I did not pick up my cell phone for unknown caller with only above phone number. The commanding general of U.S. Airborne division 101 in Bostonge, Belgium, in WWII gave a perfect nickname for the enemy he encountered: NUTS!

Cal your phone provider and you can stop these calls with 'selective call rejection' if your provider offers it. We got it for our digital phone service from Cox for $3/month and it always stops calls like this 100%. This site explains the service:  http://www.natconet.com/clascard/selcallr.htm --copy and paste it into your browser.

Same as all of the above descriptions. I never answer calls from 800 numbers. If its a legit call, they will leave a message.

Just got a call on my cell at 7:15 PM EDT, no one ever came on the phone, after 1 minute I hit "end".   What a pain.

Just received a call from this number on my cell I did not answer.  The weird thing is I got  text immedetly after stating that my GPS serivce was accidently cancelled but had been reactived from my service provider and from a text number that they usually dont use when sending text to notify me of changes to my serivce. Some sort of scam definantly. Has anyone recently made any international calls?

Also got a call. Did not answer as I knew it wasn't from the USA. If it happens again I will try to get the # blocked. My # is also on the "Do Not Call List" so they must be just calling random #'s and trying to figure out which ones work and which ones don't...

how are these people getting my number? I am on the Do not Call list. tried calling back the number is not a working number

Got a missed call from 868-102-8653, tried calling back twice, since I have contacts in T & T, but I get an automated message that the number is restricted and to call customer care.

that number calls me on the daily as if i'm it's girl frind or something.... I cant stand it I wanna know how I can get a block on my cell phone like the person with the blackberry storm??

868-102-8653 calls and there's nobody there when you pick up.  The area code is for the caribbian country of Trinidad and Tobago. If you call it back, you will be making an expensive international call for no good reason.  Just don't bother answering this junk call.

just got a call like 5min ago with this. does anybody kno if this is also linked to the 1000-000-0000 number? i got a phone call from the '0' number about 45min before i got this one? another number that i got a consolidate debt TXT MSSG was 951-288-3397... are these linked? whats going on? how did i end up gettin these phone calls?

I just got a call from this number too and it said the number was not in service. WTF

got a call while sleeping today ( i work graveyard ) in a local emergeny room and i often take call for the emergency room. after i woke up i realized that someone called ( thinking it was an employee calling in or something ) i called it back and got one of those messages that it wasnt in service etc etc etc. after reading posts related to this phone # i shouldnt have called it back. oh well, lesson learned. i should have known the 102 isnt an actual prefix for any # in the US
