This is a nasty scam that charges when you receive a text I will never be caught again BEWARE

I have no wish to be given a free mobile phone

I , was on my tablet and my name , came up as the competition winner, and then had to choose a prize , either I, pad , I phone 6s or a 30inch tv , I choose the I phone 6s , so does this mean that they have got to
provide me with the i phone 6s I choose as was stated  , after they tried to get me into anthoer competition b, but , I messaged them back with a STOP , Tx , hage they by law got to give me the I phone as they stated I was the winner of that competition , kind regards if anyone can advise me

got a message about asda competion i sent stop strieght away but there text keep coming and charging me 5.00 each time

Contact PhonepayPlus (a service from OFCOM).    Their number has already been provided.

I have not requested any calls from this number 87066 but it says I will be charged £4.50 per week

I received texts from this number every Saturday! Only realised they charged me £4.50 for every message they sent me. It cost me £18 before I realised send. I text STOP to 87066.. Fingers crossed it has worked! Such a scam. I don't even remember entering a competition!

I think its out rages ,that Vodafone just pay them willy nilly ,because its not there money,theyll keep ripping folk of ,as soon as a company like Vodafone say NO,im sure they will stop

There is a court order that Eyegames must repay any money falsely obtained within 28 days. They must be making a fortune out of this scam.

You should raise the matter with PhonepayPlus. The people involved have given an undertaking before a judge to reimburse anyone affected by this scam within 28 days and fined.

I have been billed £4.50 a text from 87066 and never entered a competition or agreed to anything. I phoned Vodafone and said they can't do anything. I've tried this "company's" help line to ask what they are doing charging me but there was no answer not surprisingly. Vodafone should stop them sending texts to their customers. They have had enough complaints from customers that they are scamming people and they still allow them to do it. Is it because they make money out of it as well? Surely there must be a way of stopping them. I had nearly £50 charge  if I didnot pay by Direct debit I would have noticed earlier about it. It's a disgrace that vodafone and other providers don't do anything to protect their customers.

You need to send that to the number that is contacting you.      Placing it onto a forum like this does nothing apart from letting others know that you are having the same nuisance contacts.    Sorry, but that's the way the phone system is designed.

I have been getting charged £3.75 every Sunday morning by 87066😠 This has now been going on for months now and I am struggling to pay my bills🙁 I am very angry about this😡I have contacted o2 and received no support whatsoever. I have no memory of signing up for a competition, although, that is not to say I didn't (I just don't remember!!) I must have been charged in excess of £100 by now!!!! I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.🙁

Hello. I have just got my bill from O2 and times are hard. I was shocked to see that my phone bill had doubled !!! This number has taken £20.00 from 17th March to 17th April in 5 calls that I did not make. I am going to write to O2 this afternoon, but is there any advice out there for me? I am not hopeful after reading this forum. Thank you all help appreciated.
