Hello All, I have traced back the blazing words, buysellresource, powersale witch you will not receive a good phone number to try to get the charges reversed,Grant Masters.  Please call the original blazing words phone number and complain until they are tired of you.  I managed to get a Confirmation number that this would be credited back to my account through them.
    (866)200-5186
They will tell you they are not affiliated, don't take that for an answer and as them about Product Research Club.  They also requested that I call my bank back to let them know that they agreed to credit my account back after I told them I placed a dispute with my bank.  I also went and Filed an ic3 (Internet Crime complaint).  Cancel your cards and get new ones, file a complaint/dispute with your bank.

I didn't receive a call... But like many of these complaints I had an un authorized charge from this company! The card I used is a state issued child support card. I have never used it anywhere but an ATM. I went to get money out for my daughters trip she was going on with a family friend and noticed that the balance was not right when I got my receipt. I immediately came home and got online. There was a pending transaction amount of $38.84. I called the number next to this business name and it was disconnected. When I googled it all I seen was complaints of people that had the same problem as me. One of the people had posted a customer service number, 888-248-9285. They said that they would cancel my account and refund the money within 7 to 10 days. Being that I worked customer service and was over refunds I knew that all they had to do was push one button and my money could be back in my account with in minutes. So what they told me was unacceptable, first off how can you cancel an account I never set up? I asked for a supervisor and got Mariel (ext 645) and let her know that I called my card company and reported them and if I call them back I can get my money back within minutes and I would also be filing fraud on there company. She assured me the money would be back by morning and to call back then. We will see. I am still going to file fraud on this company and make sure this does not happen again. Yes it was only around $40 bucks, but these days times are tough and $40 is a tank of gas or groceries for someones family.
I will see if they really refund the money like they promise. They say they are a 3rd party billing company and the company I had "subscribed" to was www.grandmastersonline.com I will also be checking into them.
My only concern is how they really got my card info when I had only ever used it at ATM's?  People be aware. I think evryone who has been victimized by this company needs to file fraud charges or some kind of law suit. And also with all the complaints I have seen on this company how are they allowed to remain in business? Thats the big question!

I posted a complaint about 4 hours ago...

To all of you who are left wondering or in the dark, here is there "real" customer service number!

888-248-9285 and if they tell you they will put your monry back in 7 to 10 business days, call bull craap on that, I was over the cuatomer service dept refunds dept for about 5 years and all they have to do is push 1 button and it will release your money and if they say that it is a pending transaction and to call your credit card company to release it, DON'T! When its pending it is easier to get it back now!!!

I had $72.21 taken from my bank account last month.  The bank said it was a fraud and put the money back in my account.  They told me to cancel my debit card and issued a new one.  Today I find that the same amount is taken out again.  I just reoprted it.

Just found two unauthorized charges on my checking account.  One from Powersale for $72.21 and the other from Grant masters for $38.34.  Called Grant Master customer service at 800-926-0273.  The person claimed that we talked to a telemarketer on May 22 and authorized subscription with this company, which of course, never happened.  She claimed that my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 days and that the fake subscription would be cancelled.  Received the same "number could not be completed as dialed" message when I tried to contact Powersale.  I am on my way to the bank to cancel my card.

I never got a phone call but this charge for 38+ dollars was charged to my account I never signed up for anything. I tried calling several numbers and I had people in cust service give me two WRONG numbers for "powersale"...i called 888-248-9285 and they found my "account" from grantmasters online never heard of it!!!! they told me they had my card # and my IP address bull....and they said they would cancel my account so i wouldn't get charged again.....i'm changing my card i hate this indernet scam stuff..Also, they told me that the only reason i was "eligable" for a refund was that it was within 30 days of making the account....i haven't signed up for anything online in years. THey did give me a full credit in 5-7 business days. So much trouble.

This happened to me too. It usually happens if you order something with a re -accuring monthly charge. Often they give you a free trial or a packet in the mail which only costs you the shipping cost. You have the option of canelling at any time....so they make you think. This was what happened to me. I saw this eye catching ad while in my facebook page. It showed a young guy standing in front of a new Ferrari and the text read " where is yours?" This was a "post ads on Google and make big money without having to do anything" type of "SCAM". It just cost $1.97 to send me the "post ads on Google" packet in the mail and I would get it in 2 days. I didn't receive anything for over a week so I quickly cancelled. On my bank statement there was a the $1.97 charge labeled "cancel anytime" and it had a phone number. That was the number I called to cancel and just called to advise them that they still charged me. This could go on and on. So the best thing to do is to either have your credit card or debit card number changed, or cancel that credir card acct. In my case the credit card information I provided the "post ads for google" offer, was only supposed to be for the $1.97 to send me the packet. It later became a way for them to put charges on my card anytime they pleased. So by changing my credit card number and my creditor taking note of the dispute, this scam artist organization can no longer charge anything to me. I also changed my home phone number so I don't receive anymore of their telemarketing or harassment involving this matter. The whole thing here is that if you have this problem it has to be from something you agreed to at some recent point in time. The "powersale" billing agency is used by many online merchants, some legit, some scams. Powersale is like another Paypal. If this happens you need to call the number of the offering merchant of the product you agreed or disagreed to. Powersale can't help you and that is why their phone number is no good.

That's correct. If you have this problem it has to be because you fell for some type of online scam at one point in time and gave away your credit card information freely to them. It's not a business named "powersale". Charges don't usually just pop up in your credit card account statement for no reason. You need to figure out where, when and who you agreed to pay so you can give them a call about the charge.

Oh! I actually did try that post ads on google trial for $1.97. I never cancelled anything. I wasn't aware that it would automatically charge me every month if I didn't cancel. Thanks so much for the info, powersale answers. I will call and cancel right away.

I just received two charges for $38.65 on Monday from a company called Grant Masters.   I called the number given on my account and they said that they will reverse one of the charges and the other I had to write them an email to reverse.   None of these charges have reversed yet and I'm still waiting.   By Thursday I received another charge for $72.21 from a company called Powersale.   This all started from a $2 purchase on the internet and now they have have started charging me weekly for charges I didnt approve.   I just canceled my card and will notify my bank tomorrow that I didnt authorize this last charge.
I hope that this is now over.   We really needed that money and I fear I wont be able to get it back.

As far as I know I did not got to any site or receive a call from them, but I was checking my accounts today and POWERSALE 877-244-1121 CY appeared for $35.75. I have never seen anything like this before in my account. Then just this past week I got my new card with PAYPASS.  I think Paypass may have gotten hacked and that is where it is coming from for some of us.

ICHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS A $38.34 CHARGE FROM "POWERSALE" WITH A # OF 877-244-1121. I IMMEDIATELY TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER BECAUSE I DID NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THE COMPANY AND A MESSAGE STATING THAT "THE NUMBER COULD NOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED"... I THEN CALLED MY BANK TO FIND OUT MORE INFO, BUT THEY COULD TELL ME NO MORE THAN WHAT I KNEW AT THAT POINT. I THEN GOOGLE SEARCHED THE COMPANY NAME AND NUMBER AND FOUND OUT THAT IT IS A SCAM RUN BY BLAZINGWORDS. THEY CLAIM TO BE AN AFFILIATE OF GOOGLE AND HELP YOU EARN MONEY ONLINE BY TYPING KEYWORDS... BOGUS!! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR CLAIMS! CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DAILY AND DO NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH SIMILAR ATTRIBUTES!
