charged my account unauthorized!!! up to $300 taken in two months!!  Why is this not being stopped?

I rec'd this same charge on my bank account a little more than a month ago.  I called to cancel the account & was told I would receive a refund in about 2 weeks.  After six weeks now, I still have not received anything & now they tell me they have no record of it at all.  This is a huge rip-off!!!!  My bank won't do anything about it all either.  If you authorized an initial charge of $1.97 they told me that gave them authorization for the $72.21 also.  Cancel your credit card or bank card quickly, or they will continue to charge you more.

Well My issue does not arise from a call,but scam emails. Powerseller CD Trials that I never received....

I have several charges now from the ClickSellGo for $37.63, to the tune of 150.53 that I did not find out until today Sept 24th 2009. Way back in June or when I lost my job I had looked at one of those adds for a CD for EBay selling, of which I never received the CD. I lost the emails, due to a new email carrier change/ well I am surely puzzled as to where to start. My wife is all over me cause I am unemployed an every cent, and I do mean that is accounted for.
However I had not audited this c/c until today, 4 months after the fact of the start of the charges. Well I can only scan back 6 months, so I am not sure if there are other charges. This just happens to be my cc that the State of TX pays me my unemployment on too so this is bad news! All I have looked for is the ClickSellGo, that stuck out like a sore thumb as a charge for just a couple of days ago, and my wife wanted to know, Where is this place, and you'd better have a receipt. Well wasn't any of this, but it was this charging of my cc without my knowledge. Never had a charge for the disk for the $1.98, so I just forgot all about all of this, then Wammo charges big time on my CC. each month. June same amount but was seen as ClickSellGo7, hell this may have been the 7th month of ripping me off, I don't know. Again I could not query past June, Next charge of 37.63 as 8003534581Click, then again in August seen as 8003534581Click, then Sept seen as ClickSellGo for the same amt.

I have called this number and a number of other ones, and I get the same thing, they are closed. Call after business hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. mountain time. What the world time is that. I got charged 38.95 for something that I never authorized and now I am having a hell of a time trying to get the stuff back on my card.
