i am on the phone with this company right now and the name they gave was not correct, then they said that they cant remove charges from my att bill which att just told me that they have to by law because i didnt authorize it, now im on hold again for a manager..THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!THE COMPANY BILLS YOUR PHONE BILL !!!!CHECK YOUR RECORDS LADIES AND GENTS...

Scammers charge on AT&T bill as "Transaction Clearing" of $8.43 immediately after I switched to iphone. Never noticed before.....many years I have been with AT&T.

Please advise how to get rid of the scammers. I am already planning to hire a lawyer that to help me on the 50% benefits if we get these scammers loose the case and jailed.

I just had a problem with them as well. Charged for a collect call that we did not accept. We don't even have a phone connected to the wall! Anyway, I reported them to the BBB in New Jersey. When I looked them up with the phone number 1-877-257-2455 I got a company named Access Voicemail LLC out of New Jersey. I got the charge credited back to my account but it will take 1-2 billing cycles. I also got AT&T to put a block on my account from ALL collect calls and third party billing. It was a one time charge of $5.25 to do this but worth it to not go through this hassle again.

An unauthorized charge to my AT&T phone account for the amount of $15.66 and from a telephone number 877-257-2455 (transaction clearing)supposily for a long distance collect call from a number in MCALLEN, TX. This bill charges on behalf of BILLWITHUS, INC.
After reading many of the same complaints I am certain these people are scamers but what I do not understant why AT&T allows them to bill my account and be part of this fraud. I have been spending a lot of time in an attempt to fix this problem.

All I know is that at the end of the month AT&T was charging me $14.28 for an imaginary collect call from someone in the state of Longview WA. Problem is I don't know anyone there and I don't accept collect calls. Even the ones I didn't get. Something is fishy with this "Transaction Clearing." It looks a little scammy to me. I called AT&T and they said they would take it off my bill. Let's just hope this is not an inside job.

I'm wondering if your answering machine pick up on the #18772572455 have  you been charge for recieving a collect call? Sounds like a big money scam to me.

I had the same "collect call" experience as many others. The difference being charge amount -- mine was $6.88 -- and the origin of the collect call -- Gainesville, FL. Date of the incident was 12/31/2009.

I hope to see a credit in 1 to 2 billing cycles.

Liars and thieves like this should be punished to the maximum extent of the law.

I got this on my ATT bill.  $14.95 on me!  

What are the internal and external auditors of ATT doing over there?  How can I trust ATT that I won't get the same problem AGAIN?  Is there another phone company in town to take care of customers with more care?

877-257-2455 is making themselves rich by taking several bucks here and there and everywhere from us.  ATT provides the assistance to 877-257-2455 to do so since WHEN???  How can I trust ATT???  Please???

I called AT&T and they said said it was a legitimate bill. I said, I don't know who these people are and I never spoke with them before and additionally mentioned that it appeared from the billing language that this is the beginning of a continuing monthly fee they are trying to charge me for services/products I never ordered or asked for.

AT&T tried to get ahold of them and then we had a three way conversation in which they (Midway Products, LLC) asked if I had ordered any on line e-mail cards. I said "No." She said they are only middle person billing company and that they would reverse the charges and then she gave me a cancellation number. I then asked for her name and agent number, which she provided. I told her that I was upset with this type of scam and that I pass this complaint along to the FTC for further action against her company. She said they didn't do anything wrong and that is my choice to do so.

What a scam!

Maybe if enough of us do this it might help to stop this kind of rip-off.

I am getting the same charges on my AT&T bill. I have called AT&T 4 times, and told them not to allow any third party billing. Each time AT&T tells me that my bill is now blocked from third party billing, but each month I get a charge of $16.22 from Transaction Billing! AT&T must be in on this scam or they would have stopped it by now. It's funny that AT&T can add any off-the-wall third party to charge me on my AT&T bill, but they can't add Direct TV charges to my AT&T bill, even though Direct TV is part of the bundled service I get from AT&T! Check your phone bill closly for this AT&T scam!

I tried to call this number ( 877-257-2455 ) and it rang one time and then i had dead air. I was told by AT&T to call them so this does not appear on my bill again, but how can I tell them not to charge me again if they won't answer my call??

We need to be credited fr $14.95 two times as we had this same charge on our last bill and we are retired so we can't afford bogus charges!  Thank you,

Here is what I found on my AT&T phone bill this month, see below. When I called the number I spoke with Agent #3602 and was told I had signed up for "Celebrity Gossip". I never did!! She cancelled and refunded the $14.95. What a scam!

I have had the same problem the last 3 months and have called AT&T about it each time.  I finally called the 1-877-257-2455 number, told them I didn't subscribe to any outside service, I don't know who they are or how they got my AT&T customer number, but I didn't want what ever the they do.  They gave me a cancellation confirmation number.  In the mean time I told AT&T I was deducting the $14.95 monthly charge from my bill.  I got the same charge again on my most recent bill and went back through the same old crap with AT&T.  A Supervisor assured me this was not an AT&T charge, but it would probably take 2 to 3 billing periods to correct the problem.  I told her that if I got another fraudulent charge from this scammer, I would file a law suit against AT&T, for not screening who is billing charges, through them and I would also go after Voice Mail Professionals, Inc.
Looks like a lot of us have gotten these bogus charges.  It only proves, it's important to check and double check every bill you receive.

We're retired also and I check every bill I receive.  I have called AT&T 3 times and told them I did not subscribe to any service from Voice Mail Professionals, Inc. and wasn't paying it and deducted the bogus charge from my payment.  Why don't you do the same, just don't pay it and deduct any payment you have already made.

Have been charged throughout summer and just noticed it on bill. Phone charges are taken out of checking account monthly and I had not looked at bill until now. $15 monthly! I did get to talk to someone eventually and they cancelled acct and is sending email explaining how to get credit. How can they do this over and over?!!!!

this "company"  also charged me 15.32 and has added to my att bill, I called att up and they have reversed the charge but still wants me to contact this company which i am doing rite now.  This is ridiculous and i have no idea how they can go thru as a 3rd party and charge me thru my phone bill....then number is 1 877 257-2455 as their call back number.
