Collection agency.  Be familiar with your areas statute of limitations regarding unpaid debt.  This company has been reported multiple times trying to collect debt beyond the statue... Which is illegal.  However should they get you to respond in writing or make a payment then the statute resets so be very careful... Know your areas statute and know​ what debt they are after before you talk to them.  You can report them if the debt is too old and they will be investigated and charged fines for breaking regulation.

This number called me 4 times today from 7pm to 9pm，I don't know who called me, so I did not answer.

i get those calls 10x a day for the past 3 months and i just iggy it.

Was the 877 area code ever a free calling number? Is this a free call? A lot of people are getting calls with this number (on the phone screen) and it never ever stops. Is it the bad old mafia kings looking for any free money it can get?

They called mr at 7am. I am pretty annoyed with their harassing calls. They call every day \. There is a long pause and then claim their business associate has an important matter to discuss. They claim to be CBV and you are in collections. Be aware. Do not give them ANY information. This is a scam

They called my at 7:20am. They call almost every day. They claim you have debt in which i don't. I am so annoyed and frustrated that they can harass a family like this. When you answer the phone there is a long pause. They then advise you that their associate has an important matter to discuss with you and transfer you. Sorry but i owe no one money CBV ....so stop bothering me

Sunday 6 pm in Ontario.  Titled number "dicks" and put on auto reject list.

I just reviewed the process to file a complaint with the Ontario government for a 'consumer complaint' and a further small claims court process. Seems pretty simple. Perhaps class action may prevail justice. Will certainly take some time. Company can suffer severe fines for defying the rules. ***There is an apparent list of companies on the "consumer beware list" in Ontario and this company (CBV) doesn't seem to appear on this list. They usually call me at 7:00 am and say :"hello?". Many agents are doing this from this number. I have worked for these agencies in the passed. I know how this law-ducking behaviour goes. Stating "hello" on my answering machine, is a way to 'pretend' that they didn't intend on calling you during the times THAT ARE CLEARLY AGAINST THE LAW. To confirm a confused 'hello'; doesn't represent the company. Idiocy from their perspective. Anyone who has received multiple messages, exact same content, from the same number, multiple agents behaving and representing the same company, in the same way -clearly shows intent that individuals have been trained to break the law.  Legal timeframe is after 9 am EST. Please be aware that these scumbags call from a toll-free number because you cannot block your number when calling a toll-free one. The logic behind this is that since they are paying for the long-distance call, you have no right to block your number. NEVER CALL THEM FROM ANYTHING BUT A PAY PHONE (if you can find one)!

No. That cannot call more than 3 times in 7 days and they can't call after 9pm. I recieved 25 calls in 1 week from this number, often after 9pm

Has called at 7:04am three days in a row, not happy. I don't have blocking services on my landline as far as I know, how do I report these jerks?

They have called me 22 times today.  They call from this number and a local number. One after the other constantly.  When I looked up both numbers it was the same company.  I don't owe any money to anyone.  I wish they would leave me alone.
