The woman left a detailed message about litigation against someone I've never heard of without taking time to verify that she called the right number! She never bothered to ID herself other than her first name. Ended call with "...well, good luck. Bye." What a moron!

I just that same call today what a bunch of losers

I had the same thing today from Dominique Taylor and her "Supervisor" Sean Josey. I am considering filing a complaint against them for harrassement and fraud. I heard the same lines as just about everyone else on here.

Got a call from Al Barnes from this number.......said I was gonna have a lawsuit against me also!!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!! I also recieve phone calls from foreign telemarketers hollering my name in the reciever pon my voicemails!!! I google ALLLLLLL unfamiliar numbers .......this website is great Who Call Me needs a phone app!!!!!

This Scum sucker Heather Gould called me today saying threating things and said i was being sued and i was defrauding the Financial institution... well this is the second time she has called and threating me and the first one i sent the voicemail to my attorney and now this message was worse than the first one and i also will forward this message to my attorney. they have violated my privacy and also all the above people's privacy and have broken the law on debt collecting persay.... if i owed something i would have paid it which i do not so im not sure where they are getting their information from! But it will all come out in the class action law suit that will be filed against them for their disceptions and their fraud against the people they are trying to and have taken advantage of.

My mom got the same message on her machine directed towards me.  She is 70 years old and was panicked by it.  I cannot believe these people, they buy our personal information from past creditors and use it as weapons.  But if they want to sue me put your money where your mouth is. I got nothing and have been unemployed for quite a while in this economy. File your papers, pay your servers. $$$$$.

Ditto!  Spoke to "supervisor" Shaun Josey and said that they were filing a suit against me!  He couldn't verify when the amount was allegedly deposited, for an alleged payday loan taken with Bahama Mgmt. in 2007, nor how much was deposited!  I have never heard of Bahama Mgmt. in my life before!  I asked them to maybe give me a different name for the creditor, ans couldn't!  Allegedly I still owe $80 from 2007 and with late fees, I would owe $200!

I received a call from these people today. This the second time they call my brother first and scare him
i called them back they preceeded to try and fast talk me. I told them what they were doing was illegal and I was not going to give them any information. Then the woman tried to out smart me by asking me my family members names. Never once did she say any about the call being recorded. She tried the I would want to know if someone was suing me. She didnt have the right city, county or anything ekse she kept asking me if my last 4 of my social and birthday was correct. I asked her for her name and the name of the company. I told her i would have my attorney look into this. Thats when she again went into the dont you care about it. Than she got mad and hung up.

Yeah that person Dominique Taylor is the who called me. They ridiculous.

I want to thank all of you for your information. I visit my mom today and she had a message for me from Westwood Management stating that I owe for payday loan. I asked what payday loan and when this suppose to happen,I dont have any debt. I advised them that I may be victim of fraud and they was very rude and told me , no you know what this is. I asked them to provide me more details what bank and account # and when deposit was made. All they could say was the bank name and in the year of 2006. I said really, then she gave phone to supervisor, no one want to give me their name. Megan Strauss was the lady that left the message. So the supervisor immediately start talking rude and say you will get papers for lawsuit. I ask them how do you send papers if you dont have pertinent information. It really got me upset for a minute until I got home and saw all these scams. Thanks everyone!

They told me the same thing. I asked was Bahama the name of the payday loan. They couldnt even tell me what I owe because the supervisor was being rude and smart. Just told me that it was in 2006. This is ridiculous and sad..

they keep calling me i answer it and set  a plan up then i sat there and relize  it all phoney so i called the them back  and try to reason with them  so  i called my bank right away and stop all payments  877-454-5563

the address they gave, was an old address. i haven't lived there for 3 years!

I just got a phone call on my JOB for the same thing ... Are they serious #1 I didn't even have a Bank Acct with Bank of America during the time I supposedly took this PayDay loan out # 2 I didn't even live at the address during that time either ... These people get on my damn nerves ... trying to scam people out of money ... oh and by the way they will be at my job tomorrow with paperwork and I BETTER have 2 forms of ID ... PLEASE COME !!!!

SCAM!! They've called 1000 times for someone that isn't even me. I'm a guy. They call for a girl I've never heard of in my life. I've asked them to remove my number from their records over 10 times. Everytime they assure me that my number is no longer on file. within 2 weeks, I get another call from an unknown number and its them. It's a cycle. hopefully some bureau catches them and puts an end to this because its super annoying and for those who are unaware, it can end up being costly.

theses people keep calling about a bad check   so i did set something up eith them and i check the number out and it was a phony company so i stop the payment.

Lmbo!  My husband just got a call from a Mrs. Berest stating he took a payday loan out for $420 and the balance is now $1400. I asked her from when and what account, she said it was from 2008 and from our Wellsfargo account. I knew it was a scam because we never had an account with Wellsfargo (we still don't) and they tried a few years ago to pull this one on my sister...FAIL! Ahahaha, I hope they get caught.
