I think this company is trying to rip off people by preying on trusting seniors.

several calls from this number eventhough I am listed on the do not call list.

I do not wish to be getting other peoples call . I am in a wheelchair and it takes so long to get to the phone hoping its my children it ia very disappointing and dangerous. Please bug someone else.

Started getting these calls 2 weeks ago on my home phone while I am at work.  Tried to call them back but ran into the same problem that many others are going through with getting hung up on.  Funny thing is these people are pathetic, and to the max.  For one, the names are almost similar.  They are calling for someone named Erica and my first name is Eric and it seems we share the same last name.  So right off the bat, they got the sex wrong on the searches.  Second thing is, I've never used ATT services.  My current area, ATT merged with the main provider for my area about 10 years ago, but I was already with another company and have been for the last 20 years.  So I explained this politely to the first real person I got a hold of.  The lady I talked to get real ignorant with me and basically said I was lying and that I was Erica.  I let my irritation show, made sure my wife was out of earshot, and told this rude little hussy on the other side of the call that there was no way I was going to debase myself by becoming a woman and that I've had fun all my life being a guy.  You could just hear the shock on the other end of the line.  During the quiet, I informed her that Erica was the feminine version of my name, and it would be a shock to my family if I've been female all 39 years of my life and them not knowing it.  I actually think that got her thinking processes going and after a "thank you for calling back" message, she hung up.  Since my state allows civilians to record calls without getting permission, I had it all on tape and submitted it to the AG as well as follow up calls since the first one didn't seem to have updated the file as well as any of the follow up people.  I'm at the point that I'm in the process of hiring an attorney to handle this (through the Union) and filing harassment charges as they've ignored every collection rule that I'm familiar with and every rule of courtesy as they've started calling work and my friends.  My friends are getting a real laugh at it and have been questioning their intelligence when they call, but it has passed the point of annoyance with me.  The way it's looking, this company is going to be paying for my vacation this year as well as a good portion of my remodeling work I want to do this summer with the number of violations they ignored, especially for a debt that is not mine.
