Calls several times a day and does not answer when you say hello.

I know it is Citibank trying to offer a service.  They call every single day and never leave a message.  I recognize the number now and never pick it up.  I also tried to get removed from their list multiple times - it only seems to work for a short while and then the calls from 877-507-2031 start back up.

please..stop calling me..there's no use calling 3-4 times a day...i'm never gonna
answer...

They have called here twice today.. the only citibank card we have I am a signer on as well.  The first guy was polite but wanted my husband the second time was a woman who was incredibly RUDE and hung up on me while I was telling her that I am a signer on the card!.... I wish they had someone to answer the phone so I could hang up on them!  Yup I wanna be treated like that when they call me!  GRRR!

Receive a call rom this number almost daily,  Odd thing about it that the number shows up on my
caller id as 977-597-3931.  If I answer, there is no one on the line.

a guy on the line from this number called, asked for my full name, then hung up promptly. they didn't even state what company they worked for. terrible service from citibank for this call.

This is a collection company....If you pay your bills or get them in touch with the person they are calling for, they wont call you....Easy huh?!?!

Stop calling me 2 times a day and not answering when I pick up phone---leaving no msg.

This call is trying to sell credit protection, which I have told them more than once that I do not want.  As other posters have said, either call back the number and follow the instructions to be removed from further calls, or when you answer the call and speak to someone, tell them to remove you.

Thanks!  This seems to work - it says it may take 30 days, but at least I feel I've done something to stop the calls, wonder if this will work with other 800 #'s

When I called the number (after weeks of not answering, picking up the phone & laying down until it beeped, pick up & hang up--all ineffective) I had to: 1. give them my number 2. S-L-O-W-L-Y speak and say my street address, city, state & zip
3. then listen as they repeated everything back and asked for a response after each number and word I was finally told they would remove our number within 30 days if they could understand me!!! All because they wanted me to get a credit card.
And yes, we are on the do not call list.  It didn't stop these idiots any more than it stopped Wells Fargo.

and yet another # that keeps calling me.  i don't want anything, i don't owe anything.  would like very much to get the individuals home # that is calling me so that i may call him/her several times in the middle of the night.

Does anyone know what they want, I've got 6 calls from them this week. They are never on the line if I answer and never leave a message. I don't have an account with Citi Bank. When the above persons got hold of them what did they want?? Thank you for any info on that.

These guys call several times a day.  Tonight they called at 8:55.  They didn't leave a message.

Thanks yougmanbob! Would have not known what to do, but i was able to get on their Do Not Call list... surprisingly easy to do by pressing #1! Hope this works in the future as they call me once a quarter until i pickup and tell them that i don't want promos in the mail that automatically sign me up for credit protector before i even review them.

This is a call from CITI bank, offering services.  I answered and just told them I wasn't interested right off after the young lady identified herself, and she thanked me for her time and wished me a nice day.  Curtious.  Now, I won't be getting any calls for awhile from THAT number.  
I really don't understand how they get around the do not call list!

u can call number back and be placed on citibank  do not call list..takes up to 30 days..
