Most phone companies allow you to block selected phone numbers from reaching you.  With mine, I dial *60 then follow the prompts to add either the last number that called to the blocked list, or if you have caller-ID, you can add a displayed number to the blocked list. At the other end, they get a message saying you're not accepting calls from them- not that they are going to hear the message since it's a robo call but at least it won't ring at your end.  Btw- caller ID is a great feature, worth paying for if you don't have it. If I don't recognize the number or don't want to talk to the person, I don't pick up the phone. I've avoided my mother- in-law that way for years.

I get calls from this number at least 5 times a day. After searching the number online I see it's Best Buy. I don't even shop there so I have no idea what they could possibly want. I will not pick up and they won't leave message so I guess we are even Steven.

I am getting up to 15 calls a day from this number.  I don't know who it is.  I see from other posts that it might be Best Buy- however, I don't have a credit card from Best Buy.  If it is from this company......i will boycott them!

I get called every single day. If I pick up it is a machine telling me to call citi to a different number. I do have citi credit cards but know they don't do this if they need to reach you. Also the number they want me to call is not for citi customer service so I am not calling. It is scammer wanting to steal your personal info!'

I am going through the same thing. I just filed a BBB complaint. These people are crazy!!!

Been getting calls everyday for over a month. Don't know who it is or why they keep  harassing. Have called to not  call line. Am going to turn it in to the attorney general if they don't stop, or take other measures.

I've received at least one call from this number every day for the past month, including weekends. Some days it's as high as five calls per day. I'm on the do not call registry and this is ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the FTC.

I assume anyone on this site has registered for the "Do Not Call Registry." If enough of us complain about this number, perhaps the FTC will be able to shut them down. I'm surprised they've lasted as long as they have.

I would bet they are not even affiliated with Best Buy.  They just say that taking the chance that a lot of people have B.B. credit cards.  They are just low life scum eating dirt for dinner.  Living the dream.  Laughable if not so obviously challenged in the mental department.  I mean  way out of balance in their brain chemistry.  These people are so deficient they couldn't even make it in politics.

Who is this and why did you call my mo

Multiple recorded messages from this number...telling me that I need to call 855-242-6099. That number is disconnected. No idea what account it is referring to, since I've paid my bills.

Next time they call answer as the police department

This number calls me constantly. I've told them I'm on medical leave from a serious operation (a lumbar spinal fusion) and the doctors wont let me work till April or May. So I can't pay them anything right now. And they said they put that into my file, but yet they call me multiple times a day all 7 days of the week. I do have a credit card with them, but its maxed out due to having other bills that need to be paid. Like my rent, electricity, groceries and prescriptions.

These people call me up to 7 times everyday, all hours of the day/night. We have set up our account with credit counselors and every place has been notified of it. They still call me and my husband a million times a day. I don't even have a credit card, and I'm not on his. So stupid.

Quit calling me, I don't do business w/your company. don't owe you anything

I  did not have best buy credit card. I received called from them every single day three times a day .I called back and the lady who answered ask  for my social security she said is the only way she can help me.

I have received a call today from 1-877-561-2272...it states toll free number....

Cannot understand the caller as it breaks up on my voice mail. Could be our phone line, but have no idea what or who it is about.
