This number shows on our missed phone calls every day and from time to time a recording is left to call Best Buy. This is a private company and yet calls don't stop.

Have been called about 12 times from 877-561-2272 but asks you to call back 855-242-6899 to "Citi" or "City" after calling the bank they say there is no security issue or need to call the bank. They have this information and have asked us to ignore this call. Also contacted "DONOTCALL" @ https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx several times so this is becoming the 12th call today.

I'm pretty sure it's a phone charge scam. The number is 'toll free' which means that you will get charged when you take the call.

The previous mobile phone customer  (Tracfone)for (401) 338-5053 is unknown to me.   STOP CALLING  this number.

The PREVIOUS Tracfone customer for (401) 338-5053 is unknown to me .  These debt collectors need to STOP calling me.

I called best buy citibank directly after receiving this call. This is a fraudulent number. Don't answer don't give your info out. Do call citibank directly. You can find the number on the best buy website. Check if an an account was opened in your name or a pending application is being processed with their security department.

Also Citibank verified this is not one of their numbers!!!!!!

They will not stop I do not know who they are as they never leave a message.

Very annoying, get these call 24/7, wanting personal info. NO WAY!!! Fraudulent calls

I received a call from this number identified as Best Buy asking to make a past due payment, which I do not have. It is a fraud

BB put a charge on my account without asking me, i never authorized the charge.What I bought has been paid off for months.
The Government has denied cost of living increases 5 out of the past 8 years, I must be very careful of my purchases. I do not need an extra charge of over $100.00 added to my account I did not ok. This is going on the public  media next.

Get 5 to 6 calls a day from this number. They never leave a message.  I have received the calls as early as am on Sunday and as late as 10:30 pm.  It is very annoying.  Tried calling it back and it says it is Best Buy Credit Card Center.  Don't know why they are calling me so many times and at such wierd hours.

They have been repeatedly calling me everyday.  Even on Sunday mornings..  I got a call at 830 AM and 1030 AM on the same Sunday.  They are harassing my phone.
