    The Do Not Call List is not and never was and never will be a call blocker. I imagine you probably thought it was a call blocker because you weren't smart enough to read what the Do Not Call List actually is. The FTC does not take debt collection complaints either. So you actually reported it to the wrong Federal agency. Especially when you had a very simple solution. If you owe them money pay the bill. If he don't an account there you could have simply sent them a letter telling them that.
