This is a legit number and you may want to listen to the complete message if you are called. Could be a relative reaching out to you. ( as I was for me ).

    I've received several calls from the #. It is regent .automated call service  used for detention centers.  YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO USE IT TO PAY FOR INMATE CALL but I can't get it to work.
