I'm from Montreal, Qc.... got this call Wednesday.

I remember I gave my phone number recently at the Salon de l'auto de montreal for GM's contest to win a car last saturday.

Might be them... lol!!

humm sory for my english, i am from québec. I receve this call this afternoon and I tryed to call back but they said than they cant take the call. I was desapointed because I would like to play whit them.

Pour les personne qui, comme moi, parle français,. J'ai reçu cet appel cet après-midi et j'ai tenté de rappeller le uméro mais il te racroche au nez. J'aurais bien aimé les niaiser un peu comme le message précédent le suggère, dommage.

I got this one today, tried calling it back, and got a busy-like signal, but when I get this one, it means that it couldn't connect the call.
I've been on the national DNC list since I heard about it some 2 years ago.
I didn't have any of these calls for months, now they're coming out of the woodwork!  Not to mention all those lame scammers on the free public job posting boards.

Really Really annoying, I took the call on my Rogers Pay-As-You-Go cell whilst in the US. At $2.00 per minute, wasn't going to hang on long enough to swear at anyone but would have liked to.  Same old scam, I won a vacation somewhere.

Just received a call on my Fido cell (2010-01-25 at 1pm).
A recorded voice told me I had been selected for a travel in Orlando, bla bla (didn't catch everything because I am not an english native speaker) and in the end I was asked to press -1- to claim my package or -2- another choice that I don't remember
I didn't hit any key so the call ended by itself

that number called today and didn't leave a msg, I called back and it is a weird recording of a man's voice saying that my call cannot be completed as dialled... with a lot of distortion on the line,not the usual nice woman that repeats in french and english the same msg... to be continued...

Just got a call from them, I live in mtl am with telus pay as you go, also saying i won trip to cancun and orlando, i did press 1 to claim the price, a woman asked me if i was over 21 and if i had a credit card to check in, i hesitated and said yes then was put on hold ... i waited 5 min before hung up

Is it all about checking if u own a credit card?


PS. I do have a friend who really won a trip to Germany all paid for him and a friedn via his new mobile phone company  for the football cup few years ago - was naive but hoped it could be true.

got three calls today, didn't answer any of them as I did not recognize the number.

Just received this call, I won a Cancun all inclusive trip for 7 days and 7 nights, hung up on them...

If EVERYONE that took the time to write in this forum you probably have the 10 seconds to dial the number. At least let someone answer before haning up... or tell them they've won a trip to your house... also included is a free slap down.
Keep calling them back.

If everyone did this then their phone system will most likely crash saving some other poor sap from dealing with such [***]. When yer done, call your local phone company and kick up a huge stink. Companies that govern the no call lists don't usually read these threads so how will they know it's not working?!?!

Got a 3 second message today from this number.  Nothing was said

told me I had won a trip. when I asked where they got my name, they cut me off!

they only want money$$$$$$$$$$$ and they even call old ppl who dont even speak english into a town where no ones speak english and they call in english

They called me today at 14:25  I win 7 days at Mexico / Cancun  plus another 5 days at Orlando (But this hotel's name was not mentionned)
I wasn't home so they leave message on my answer machine.  Same message I received last week around 14:00.

On Canada411.ca They have no recore of that number

I called Bell Canada and offered me to remove my phone from THE List (At C.R.T.C.)  At CRTC they gave me also phone number of Phonebusters 1-888-495-8501  I hope this helps...
