Got call from this number, they said someone from over seas was trying to get into my computer.

Unsolicited call.  Left on message and no caller ID.  Did not answer this call suspecting it to be a scam or fraud call.

receiving a call from 8776967786 they state that they are from Micro Soft - state they will auto with draw money if I do not respond

Total robo call scam recording by a fake Microsoft rep saying that my license has expired and to call them.  They will obviously ask for a credit card to charge for a fake license.
