Be careful with this company. My statement showed late fees and I called to confirm. The payment was posted to my next months payment rather than late fees. They are now saying there are no notes in the system and not sure why my statement/the rep. told me I owed that much. Just feels shady but at least next months payment is already made.

Shut us down-Why?? So you don't have to pay your car loan!! BBB laughs at complaints like that-as you are the one breaching your contract. Need to keep updating all the contact info, etc for the legal department when they werve  you.

Mike why are you calling people who don't have debt and when you leave messages they are incomplete because your automated system starts leaving a message before the voicemail system kicks in? How are you getting a hold of unpublished phone numbers? If you are offering an unsolicted product or service, why are you doing so?

They call 3 times a day, every day.  I don't have a loan with them.  You can't talk to anyone until you give them your SSN.  Not going to happen.  They need to STOP!

Por favor alguien detenga esta gente, me esta volviendo loca con sus llamadas, yo compre este numero de telefono hace 3 meses y ellos llaman a laguien que no soy yo y cuando quiero hablar con alguien me pide que ponga mi numero de seguro social, ESTAN LOCOS como le voy a dar mi numero de seguro social a una maquina que ni se para que llama o de que se trata, pero me tienen desesperada, con los nervios de punta, porque he estado esperando una noticia y llaman ellos, todos los dias, estoy ocupada y salgo corriendo a atender el telefono, me cai en una oportunidad con mi bebe y era una boba maquina pidiendo mi social. No se si quieren robar mi identidad, porque solo me acosan y me piden mi social, porque no poner a una persona con cerebro a hablar, porque si ellos no se identifican yo tampoco tengo que hacerlo.

I received a call on my cell and when I called back as requested, I was asked for my last four of my social security number and my phone number. when I put in 0000, (not mine) and a phone number, the machine said it could not connect my call and hung up on me. Very suspicious.

Oh, and I do not have a car loan.

They are my car finance company, and yes they are ruthless. Although, I have had some dealings with nice, helpful people there, most of the time they are complete jerks. Even one time they left a message telling me to leave my truck parked in my yard empty with the keys in it because they were about five miles from my home!!!! I was only one payment behind!!!

STOP CALLING!!!

Received a call from 877-722-7299 and let it go to voice mail.  A male left a message for a specific person (not ME) to return the call.  After 7 calls in 2 days, I blocked my caller ID and called the number back.  I got an automated system identified as "Regional Acceptance".  It asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security number, my phone number, then my FULL Social Security number.  I played along and entered random numbers.  To my surprise, my account was "verified".  It said I was past due on my payments since December 2013 and owed over $6000! (I've never done business with this company). Ok...still playing along, I selected "2" from the menu to make a payment.  A real person answered.  That's where I hung up.  This is certainly a scam, but a well crafted one.  Don't ever give your personal information to an automated system that called you.  It's up to no good for sure.

Regional acceptance is a finance company. They give loans on cars

They are a car loan company - not a scam!!

Got a brand new cell # and they are calling me like crazy.  You call the number they leave you 877-722-7299 and you get a recording asking you to give them your last 4 of your social.  Not happening.  But if you call (866) 259-5318 you can talk to a real person and ask them to stop.  The lady I talked to was very nice and said they had this number listed on a client/business of theirs and she said she would make the annoying calls stop.
